No pictures for the wall mounted one?

When will we get Planty in the botanicals lineup? Because, that one I'd likely buy.

Gorgeous sets. And is that a new color in the daisies set (used for the lavender sprigs, along with the lavender and medium lavender colors that already exist)?

By in United Kingdom,

The Ladybird/Ladybug in 11508 somehow manages to look like its up to no good. It has an evil expression.

By in United Kingdom,

Love these, especially the daisies which are good value (and the ladybird) and the cactus which is nice and compact and wont take up a lot of space or be prone to having bits knocked off it, again, good value too!

I like the look of the cactus, but I don't like the way they overflow the edge of the pot. It makes it look like they designed it in a hurry, or tried to fit the cactus into a premade pot design.

By in Austria,

Buying that cactus for a pink castle faction and upgrading Renegade arrows to Pinktron.
Yes, I know, no I don't care.

By in United Kingdom,

Daisies looking especially good. Definitely need a full meadow!
1st Jan could be a bit pricey with Botanicals, Speed Champions and Chinese Festival. Hoping that the Modular isn't too irresistible!

By in France,

I’m actually going to consider these ones

By in United Kingdom,

I like the cactus, that looks nicely built from standard parts. The others, I'm not so sure about. It used to be that some creative parts usage for fairly standard parts was used to create the flowers. I think they they have become a bit lazy. Especially the daisies. It looks like the petals are created primarily for this use, then combined with a specially printed tile to create the flowers. It doesn't seem very creative to me, it is just a collection of plastic flower parts that need to be assembled. This is too far from the originals, where regular LEGO parts were used.

I noticed that too! Given that they’re probably retiring Medium Blue, a new color would make sense.

A 474 Piece Lily.

Gravatar
By in Sweden,

They don't do that much for me.

The lily has basically the same pot as the orchid 10311.

The daisies are cool as a small impulse buy, I suppose, but they don't look that impressive.

By in Germany,

Wait till they get to the wall and ceiling hanging plastic plants, when the shelf space runs out... oh wait, it's already happening! ;)

I like all of them especially the Daisies and peace lily
beautiful Lego

Oh no, is medium blue getting purged? I mean, it is pretty close to both sand blue and, ermm, bright light blue? Fiat 500 rerelease blue? Cactus pot blue? Well, whatever that's called. I really appreciate the midtone colours personally though, would definitely miss it going forward.

Now that lilac-looking bluish purple (wouldn't be surprised if its official name isn't far off, lol) is very pretty! But I can't imagine why LEGO couldn't just add it to the palette without replacing another colour. It's not like they're in a financial crisis like the tragic day when teal was lost (even if they did reintroduce that eventually, complete with a new name that fits right in with all the other dreadfully drab colour designations).

Oh well, guess we'll find out! And if the rumour is true, at least medium blue had a good run. I assume its part availability will still be multitudes of that of spring yellowish green... I tried to build a spring yellowish green MOC once. My bank account will be haunted by the memory for the rest of its days.

I have never been able to keep a cactus from overflowing a pot. They always bulge out over the edge regardless of how big a pot I put them in, so it looks totally natural to me.

Narp?

They really should have made this a licensed set with some minifigs and a little scene hidden in the pot....

Just a guess, but seeing as it’s only been used five times this year, it seems pretty likely. It’d be the first solid color retired since Light Stone Grey in 2012.

By in United States,

The daisies look like a really good deal! It's also a cheap option to pick up a lot of the new foliage elements. I'm not really interested in picking them up anymore though.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

Really good sets, and looks like good value too.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I always like the flowers that come with brick built vases

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

January 2026 is going to be an expensive month, along with Feb bricklink shipping, definitely picking these up.

My wallet will definitely be pushing up daisies

It being specifically called out on the back of the package like that only adds to the impression.

I saw comments about this on the article from Nov 6 as well. What wall mounted one? I see no pics of a wall mounted one in that article.

@Huw, did something get changed/edited/redacted in the Nov 6 article where you split up and zoomed in on that picture of the four Botanicals sets? Are you even allowed to mention it? Blink once for yes, twice for no.

Yes, we were asked to remove part of the image from the prior article.

Those pink shields are wonderful.

Real plants: often cheaper, grow bigger, better for the environment.

…I’ll get my coat.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

I don’t find any of these particularly appealing. But it’s the parts that interest me more.
