Great video, and amazing set! This will become my favourite set ever after 10179.
About number of details, it is by far better than the modular buildings.
Just a little disappointed for the stickers

If you park it through the doors they probably won't close anymore. And when closed they won't open with the Ecto-1 inside.

I've built Sergio's MOC and can confirm that it's a dilemma how to display with Ecto-1 inside as the doors either have to be open or closed. As it stands at the moment I've got the doors closed with Ecto inside to protect it from dust :)

Holy heck that thing is huge. Half a gorilla in Australian dollars. I'm not paying that much just to get Venkman's hair.

Hopefully he stops whinging now since a) there are quite a few differences between hiscset and the official LEGO one and b) he will make money from having the first set review.

Terrible review. I almost don't see interior of this firehouse. Nothing like Jangbricks... :-(

Why are there only three lockers?

Great set aside, this was really a fantastic video. The fact that the time lapse was shot from varying angles is something that many videos like this lack, and helps this one stand apart!

O dear Vitruvius, that Box is crazy and here i was thinking 60097 had a Big Box,
but this is so big... i know it was going to be Big, but you just can not prepare your self for the Size.

i am going to get this, it not like set 10188 Death Star, that's a nice set but it is more a playset then a display set, (even if i bet over 67% of all the 10188 set's sold to date have never seen a child hands.) but this HQ set, is Just out of this world. and you know what. i going to try and save up for a 2nd one, Just think of all the MOC you could Build just from this set!

When will Brickset get one to review?

For that price, the ECTO-1 should be able to drive through the doors and park without any modification to the build.

Also as others have point out - needs four lockers, not three.

Looks great, cool video seeing it come together. Would love to have it but will probably be some time before I can spend that kinda $ on Lego.

I honestly really like the way this guy reacted to being offered a set. He made a *bit* of a complaint before the offer, but it looks like he was willing to put that all behind him and just accept the way things were.

Non-Lego stuff aside, this set looks amazing. I don't know much about Ghostbusters so I can't claim to understand why people are complaining about this set, but seriously - TLG churned out a massive set for a relatively low cost (in terms of price per piece) with tons of great details. The Ecto-1 fits inside the thing with the removal of one (ONE) piece of furniture. And four lockers? Look at the way the wall opens/closes! There's no room! Sure, make the whole build 4 studs longer and up the price a twenty dollars or two and get some more complaints. ._.

Man, I didn't want to get this due to price, but ... hmm.. seeing this build.... Thorougly annoyed by there being stickers on a set at this price point though :(
