Could this be the list of polybags in the next Daily Mail promotion?
Posted by Huw,A list of polybags to feature in next Daily Mail polybag promotion, said to be between May 21-29, has emerged in the forum:
- Star Wars Kylo Ren's Command Shuttle 30279
- City Mini dumper 30348
- Super Heroes The Batmobile 30446
- Nexo Knights cycle 30371
- Star Wars Poe's X-wing 30278
- Friends Cupcake stall 30396
- City Sports car 30349
- Super Heroes Cosmic boy 30604
- Ninjas Skybound plane 30421
It's certainly plausible, isn't it...

"Super Heroes Cosmic boy 30604" was meant to be an exclusive minifig for the upcoming DC movie, right?
Seems odd that the Cosmic Boy would be there given its going to be coming with the Cosmic Clash blu ray at the beginning of March.
Seems plausible. The last two years have seen the same polys given away with the Daily Mail as were made available at retail in Belgium. All but two of the list (both Super Heroes ones) have already been sold in stores in Belgium already this year.
Al the System theme polybags seem plausible, that Ninjago one is a great parts pack for multiples with the ship's helm piece. The Friends cupcake stall is also nice, although I definitely got a weird look from the till last time I got a friends/Disney Princess poly in a promotion.
The licensed ones seem half dubious. I was hoping the First Order General or Star Destroyer poly would be in a promo such as this but hopefully they'll turn up elsewhere. I missed Poe's X Wing from before anyway. The Batmobile is extremely likely considering the film release in March, but I just can't see why a poly as exclusive as Cosmic Boy would make it in there. It's a selling point for the dvd!
I never received any polybags after sending the slips in last time - did anyone else fail to receive any?
I was hoping the olaf polybag would be in the list this year, after being a freebie at Lego Store in January.
Seems very early for this to be accurate. Someone just guessed and the rumours started.
Great list of sets. I am just a bit disappointed it has not switched over to another paper yet. I always feel dirty buying that rag and feel the need to try and explain/excuse my purchase to the people on the tills every time.
Is it asking too much to get it free with Viz or Private Eye?
The first link is correct, but broken. The working link has an accidental space (%20) in the URL:

The only ones I'd like is the City Sports Car. The dude even has hair like mine...lol and the City Dump Truck...
Such an unfortunate and bizarre pairing between TLG and the mail. For a company that protects the values of its brand so tightly I can't understand why they would associate themselves with this rag.
I remain thoroughly surprised - and disappointed - with the LEGO group for offering their promotional sets through such a hateful rag as the Daily Fail. It truly boggles belief.
I'd genuinely rather see these retailed at £3-5 than face a moral dilemma with these promotions every year. I'm pleased to say that I generally manage to restrain myself from selling out for "free" LEGO.
Having said that - that's a decent looking list; and quite believable too, except for Cosmic Boy.
I'd rather it was something different to the X-Wing, perhaps the Star Destroyer. The rest look good
FAO drlmiles you don't send the form in you haven't pick up in store WH smith or Toyrus is it as well?
@ tick1970 - there was the possibility to get a form from the shop (at least at WHSmiths) and post it off to get the polybag where the shop had run out of Lego. I did find it wasn't widely publicized and I was only told about it by the shop manager on the last day.
@drlmiles I sent off a bunch of coupons as I was after polybags for myself, and my nephew (plus one or two extras), and they sent back 1 of each polybag, 1 at a time, over a period of weeks. I won't be bothering again, it was very poorly handled.
Doubt it'd be Cosmic Boy. He's part of the DVD promotion. Maybe it's the Classic Freeze or new Venom polybag instead.
@CCC Pretty much any paper that isn't so misogynistic, hypocritical, bigoted and mean spirited would do, political affiliation isn't really the issue.
Be on the lookout for a run on those polybags on eBay in the days after the campaign...
