10356 Star Trek: U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D is now available at LEGO.com everywhere!

When you purchase the 3,600-piece set, which costs £349.99 / $399.99 / €379.99, you'll receive THREE gifts with purchase: 40775 Mini Knight's Castle, 40776 Hot Chocolate Stand, plus the essential companion to the Enterprise, 40768 Star Trek: Type-15 Shuttlepod, but only while stocks last, which I predict will not be long.

The other Black Friday offers are also now available, including discounts on dozens of sets, many which differ from those available last weekend.

Ordering this with all GWPs and using my points was shockingly painless.

By in United States,

Seamless process! Ordered a few minutes before Midnight. 9:58 PM Mountain time. Only the Shuttle Pod GWP is listed in my order though, not the other ones.

By in Canada,

It is exactly midnight here. I have been put into a queue

The site even taunt you: want to play a game? (the waiting game)

By in United States,

Seamless for Black Friday sales, hoping my 75383 went through successfully.

Cue crap.

Q crap?

Queue crap!!

Gravatar
By in United States,

Just barely ordered my Star Trek set. Then immediately received: "Thank you for waiting. Due to high demand you have been placed in a queue to visit LEGO.com."
Can't get back in since ...

Gravatar
By in United States,

Added to cart a few minutes before midnight, but only the shuttlepod gwp was showing. But at exactly midnight, I refreshed and all 3 gwp were in my cart. Checked out with no wait and no issue. Literally the smoothest LEGO checkout I’ve ever had.
I hope every Star Trek fan can be as lucky as I was, and every reseller forgets to order until all the real fans have theirs.

By in United States,

Have been waiting for 10 minutes now

Gravatar
By in United States,

Got my order in a minute after midnight. Then wanted to browse a bit more and got shuffled to the queue with no end in sight. Hoping my order went through!

Gravatar
By in Canada,

Was about to pay and the website froze. Can't even refresh.

Gravatar
By in Canada,

Alright, I got through. Managed to get: 21343, 76456 and 77052 for CAD$200. I shouldn't have (considering my previous spending) but I'm fairly happy with these prices.

77052 is 60% off - that tells you this was ridiculously overpriced.

By in United States,

My order confirmation email arrived about 10 minutes after placing my order as well.

I have noticed that the 'top up' code, spending 200 points for 1000 points (so basically getting 800 points) isn't working. I'll probably have to contact Lego about that.

I was browsing for a while, debating about ordering 40796 and 21343, and then got kicked to a queue a couple minutes ago.

I'm hoping everyone that is interested in 10356 and 40768 are able to get them.

By in United States,

Lego's top-up code for 200 points to 1000 doesn't work. More fumbles than last year I see.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I got my stuff w/ GWP. But, expectations include more trouble w/ Tribbles.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Same with me for the top up code…I guess it wouldn’t be a LEGO release day without some kind of site mishap.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Looks at verified lists of all the great sets retiring this year.
Checks the Black Friday sales. None of the sets on sale.
Sighs.

Goes to bed.

For the Top Up code, the link that opens right after you "acquire" it doesn't work. Go to the Insiders "Activities" section and paste it there.

Got my Enterprise and shuttle... but also had the Razor Crest in my cart and was checking out, all within the first couple of minutes after midnight, and the site removed it between shipping and billing screens. Not cool. They should lock the item to me for at least 2-4 minutes when something is in-process to check-out, allowing it to complete. Sure ,was a terrible impulse buy on my part, and they saved me $600 (Cdn), but still... I missed the Batman Gotham set earlier this week, and now this UCS set... I shall have to vent my frustrations on Ro in her shuttle, over and over...

Gravatar
By in United States,

My orders went smoothly for the Enterprise + GWPs and a 2nd order with GWPs. Points top-up code also not working for me. I was pleasantly surprised to see the Force of Creativity book at 40% off!

Gravatar
By in United States,

Surprisingly quick and easy checkout with three gwps just before 10 pm MST. Got the order confirmation email about fifteen minutes later. Fingers crossed the order actually ships - I won't believe it til I see it.

Thanks for that. Worked just fine. Got the code easy but spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to log it.

By in United States,

Got my enterprise order in 8 minutes after midnight, along with a couple other sale sets (tom & jerry since I saw a good review the other day, and KK Slider concert since it's finally at a decent price after the 60% discount lol (biggest discount ever on lego website?)) but of course with all the orders they've received they still have yet to send the final confirmation email as of 52 minutes after midnight, and the order status page is not showing any conrete info yet still. But if they do their job right, I will receive the shuttlepod. Gonna be pretty annoyed if I don't.

Got my second email (roughly 35 min. after completing the order). Done. I went back to the site and a few interesting items are already gone. I went to My Sets in Brickset and saw how much I spent on Lego over the years - I should have never looked at that - maybe I need to join a group or something - "Lego Anonymous" ?? Nah, it's fine!

I don't know whether to bother with the points or not. Are you just limited to one code, or is it one code per day?

Ah, sneaky. Took me a minute to find out that there *was* an Activities section. Thanks for the tip!

I wonder if the box at the top of the Insiders home page (the one with the instructions right below it...) will start working in a couple hours, like a delayed start, or if it's a botched job from LEGO IT (again). It's very funny for the instructions to say "put your new code here!" and then when you do, it says "that code isn't available." And by funny I mean annoying.

Available soon from a scalper near you, for a modest 3000% Black Friday mark-up.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Ordered this morning at 06:25 and got all three promotional sets and used up all my points.
And like others have said it was a painless transaction.
I expected the Enterprise to be on back order and the shuttle to be out of stock .
Very pleased.

Not any clearer, as they say there's a limit on the gwps, yet I've made orders on insiders and black Friday that will get me two of each.

GWPs are technically limited to one-per-customer, but it's almost never enforced, LEGO.com isn't smart enough to know if you've already got one.
It's probably mostly there to give customer service an out if someone places 10 orders and then complains that one of them didn't get the GWPs, and they can refuse to send out a missing one

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

As regards the 200 for 1000 points reward, the limit is one per customer. If you re-visit the reward, you ought to see it say your redemption limit has been reached.
If you need to check you've got the points, you can just go to the points history section of your account and it will show the 200 deducted and 1000 credited.

We got ours just after midnight, but tip for anyone who wants to get the gwp and is happy to backorder the ship, just order something else with it, anything that’s in stock will do.

They’ll send the gwp with the in-stock item, and then you’ll get the main set later

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Picked mine up at the London Westfield store as soon as it opened this morning. Third person served and plenty in stock it seemed! All three GWP secured. Can’t believe the queue that formed before opening!

Gravatar
By in United States,

Shuttle gone in the U.S.?

Gravatar
By in United States,

Once again…LEGO can’t even keep a highly publicized GWP available for more than a few hours. I guess no LEGO.com purchasing for me this Holiday.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Shuttle gone in U.S. :/

Gravatar
By in United States,

Like the Tie Fighter and Filter, this GWP feels like a part of the set (no less a part than the other out of scale minifigures) so now there’s that persistent feeling that your set will be incomplete.
