LEGO 40920 Bugs Bunny revealed!

Bugs Bunny

©2026 LEGO Group

Among the numerous sets unveiled today, 40920 Bugs Bunny is one of the most unusual!

This set comprises 605 pieces and will be available from January 1st, costing £34.99, $39.99 or €39.99. 40824 Sweetheart Tweety Bird was a brilliant idea for a Seasonal set in 2025, so I am pleased to see a similar model coming next year.

Very nice.

Looks like he's climbing out of chocolate. Or something else...

He looks....angry. wtf?

Gravatar
By in United States,

yikes. Mona Lisa and Gru have some competition.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Brilliant. A proper iconic cartoon. So much better than all the modern nonsense!

Gravatar
By in United States,

Looks like he should have turned left at Albuquerque...

"Eh, pardon me, sir, but could you direct me to the shortest route to the Coachella Valley and the big carrot festival therein?"

Gravatar
By in United States,

Bugs Bunny for an Easter set?

On the third day, the Lord rose up from the grave.
"Eh, what's up, Doc?"

Gravatar
By in United States,

I love it! I spent many hours on Saturday mornings watching The Bugs Bunny/Roadrunner Hour (which ran for 90 minutes!).

Gravatar
By in Canada,

Looks like the bee is flying away saying: ouff, that bunny stinks

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

Looks great! Even the undiscounted price is good already.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Love Bugs Bunny but this looks terrible

Gravatar
By in Germany,

I grew up with Loony Tunes and Cartoon Network. Bugs looks okay-ish. I guess it's the best expression they could make at this scale. Not sure about the constipated bee though. What's up with that?

Gravatar
By in United States,

Horrifying

Better not be carob. Carob tastes like...well, you know.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I mean... yeah, sure! IDK how many diehard Looney Tunes collectors are out there anymore but I guess SOMEONE out there wants to look at Bugs Bunny's plastic, disembodied head on a daily basis.

We have one guy in my LUG who was the most excited about the two Disney CMF series, and has made regular trips to Disney parks over the years. We have another member who was far more excited about the Looney Tunes wave. And then I was the one who liked them both, but much preferred the Muppets wave (since then, we've gained a new member who has managed to hit the 10k club with a Muppet Theater submission to Ideas, so I'd venture a guess that he'd side with me on this matter).

well I watched Looney Tunes 25 years ago and maybe I would buy cute set around 50€ but seriously Tweety was creepy and now this weird MOCbyKidBugs...
Problem is with design imho, much better would work some diorama/scene from cartoon with normal minifigures instead of buidling those weirdos

Gravatar
By in New Zealand,

Does it fit in the aquarium 10366 ?

Gravatar
By in United States,

they definitely should've used Dark Orange, Medium Nougat, Dark Tan for the dirt... toilet humor aside, Reddish Brown isn't the most accurate to how the dirt was usually colored in the cartoons as it could have been

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Where is Elmer Fudd when you need him?

Gravatar
By in United States,

Not bad, but I think a set with minifigs would've been much better than this big display piece.

How could you possibly forget Chewbacca 75371 in that list?

For starters, Elmer Fudd, Daffy Duck, Wiley Coyote (Super Genius), Witch Hazel, Yosemite Sam, and Marvin The Martian (among numerous others) all would love having Bugs Bunny's disembodied head on their mantle...

The power of imagination solves the disembodied head issue. Can ya diglett?

Gravatar
By in United States,

There's definitely something off about Bugs here. Not full-on cursed, but more Mel Brooks' Bugs instead of Mel Blanc's Bugs.

Never seen Bugs Bunny before? That’s pretty much his look all the time.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Bring me the head of Bugs, LEGO

Gravatar
By in United States,

I'm not sure if I like the stylisation they're going for, seems a bit too geometric (which is usually my thing)... maybe it's his snout that's throwing it off?

I don’t think Wile E. Coyote particularly cares about Bugs. I don’t recall seeing them together in the same show prior to maybe Space Jam.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

Should come with a Sound Brick....

Gravatar
By in United States,

Seems like an odd choice in the promotional pictures to feature this "sculpture" on a transparent glass shelf.

Wile E. Coyote has featured in several classic cartoons with Bugs. It's one of the few times where the Coyote actually talks!

Gravatar
By in United States,

I was hoping this set would be more like the Dreamzzz bunnies with the posable noodle limbs. Looney Tunes deserves better than seasonal display sets.

Only if he took a wrong turn at Albuquerque.

Big Chungus when?

Yikes

Gravatar

Nightmare fuel.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Can anyone ever say anything good about new sets these days?.. I will go 1st. I think he is fantastic! I don't see it as a disembodied head at all, he is coming out of a hole in the ground clearly. Would love to have this set

Don't understand your problem.

If 25% dislike a set and 5% like it you get more negative than positive comments on that set.

Yours is probaly a 5% remark and that's totally fine and nice to hear.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Yikes. "From beneath you it devours"...

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

TLG just won’t stop insisting we need a horror poll.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Wow.... thats terrible. I'm not gonna say what my Mrs said she thought it looked like when she first saw the carrot, but I'm sure people can fill in the blanks for themselves.
