Excellent! Can't wait to play that Dr. Who level...

By in United Kingdom,

Not buying these, as they're a bit too expensive. Although I might pick up the DW pack when on sale. Maybe.

EDIT: On the first day of the launch, Amazon UK snipped the price by 10%. Wonder what the pre-Christmas sales will do to it? :)

By in Germany,

The starter sets are already down 20 Euros in Germany, I payed 65 Euros for my PS4 starter set. Some of the other packs are reduced by up to 50%. Amazon.fr had the Simpsons level pack reduced by 50%, too.

By in Norway,

For some strange reason, none of the Dimensions sets are available from the Norwegian S&H site. Would be interesting to know if this is the case in other countries as well?

By in United Kingdom,

I don't have a compatible console so I don't have an excude to get the DW ones. :(

By in United Kingdom,

Can anyone explain why these sets are so expensive for less than 100 parts. Maybe I'm missing something here.

Yuffie; Thank you, I wasn't aware of a game, not being a gamer myself and only just coming across these newly released sets. Looks like I won't be buying these.

Anyone know if Unikitty has a double-sided face?

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Just read a review of Unikitty and it didn't mention a double-sided head. Shame because the face on the box hasn't been seen on a physical Unikitty as far as I'm aware,

By in Australia,

What I wouldn't give for the Wicked Witch and Doctor minifigs, but the cost ... sad face.

By in United States,

You know what's awesome about the Doctor Who set? The sonic screwdriver.
Why? Because you get two.

By in United States,

You also get two slingshots with the Bart Simpson pack. I played through the Doctor Who level this afternoon. It's brilliant, especially if you're a fan of the show. Length was the longest of the 4 so far.

By in United States,

Oddly enough, the Unikitty fun pack isn't showing up on the USA LEGO.com, although all the other sets from the second wave are. Anyone know why this is? I'd planned to get it together with the Dr. Who set; best laid plans, etc....

By in United States,

I love that Dimensions doesn't lock each level to those characters only. The wife and I were able to run Wildstyle and Marty McFly through BTTF. Infinity had locked worlds. This game, while expensive if you're a die hard completionest, is entertaining the heck out of us so far. Looking forward to adding The Doctor!

By in Australia,

Went searching for the Doctor Who pack today at Big W as it's the cheapest there. However couldn't find any.

By in United States,

@Omnium: Yeah, it should, although I think the classic ones were a little lighter.

Just realized that they left of K9's Tom Baker scarf-color collar!

For some bizarre reason, the Unikitty Fun Pack isn't showing up on the UK site. Am I going blind or is anyone else finding that to be the case? Oh well, I'll pick it up once it appears. At least the DW pack and the two new Simpsons Fun Packs are ordered, along with a Ninjago one just so I can get into the Ninjago Adventure World. :)

Unikitty is now available at the US LEGO.com site (although the site is messed up in other ways), so perhaps it will surface, or re-surface, on the UK site in a few hours. I'll be annoyed if it disappears again as soon as the technical difficulties are sorted, though!

By in Germany,

Out searching for the Doctor Who pack and was told that it was an Amazon exclusive. Has anyone else heard about this?

Gravatar
By in Australia,

@Poisso3, in Australia the pack is available at most retail stores. Perhaps the pack is an exclusive in Germany.

Gravatar
By in Germany,

^BrickDoc, I haven't seen that mentioned anywhere so I hope not.

By in Germany,

After looking at Amazon.de, it is listed as Exclusive to Amazon.de. Thankfully I can order it from LEGO.de.
