Users on the Mixels Wiki have gone into the LEGO online cache and found high-quality, non-obscured images of all nine Mixels sets to be available in Series 9 come October.

The three tribes included are the Trashoz, Nindjas and Newzers who were first seen at toy fairs (sans London) earlier this year. However, this is the clearest we have been able to see them thus far. You can also find the images in the database, where they have been added.

My own personal favorite is 41577 Mysto, above. Who is yours?

I love the ninja ones. The rest... ehhh... wouldn't really consider buying them, they look so unspecial.

By in Netherlands,

Although I love the ninja's, I think the news Mixels look more unique. The ninja mixels barely seem to hold a coherent theme across the three of them. The news mixels on the other hand look more like a team. I especially love the news reporter one. The tv glass is used as glasses and he has eyebrows and even a tie!

They look cool. They are renders though. judging by the dome parts probably a studio HDRI map.

Gobbol is trash.

^ Are you talking literally or figuratively? Both? ;-)

Might have to get all of the ninjas. The color scheme is great. I like the uniqueness of the news ones but they don't really look that great. The trash bin one is fantastic.

Are those bullion elements in orange on Cobrax?

Am I the only one who would rather see a new system constraction line? Perhaps based more on real/mythical animals rather than this trash (trash Mixel tribe pun. I actually like the ninja guys)

Series 7 onwards have been a step change in design detail quality. Fantastic.

Wow, no love for the Trashos? They are my favorites, all three. I love the stacked plate effect and the look of the two greens, but really, it's probably the accessories -- brushes! Shovels! Fish! I am a sucker for fish.

Nice I look forward to getting these sets.

@Kumasawa. Yes they are orange 'ingots'. I think they are there to make the body look segmented, like a reptile or insect.

Also I'm a bit worried about Sweepz. Reminds me of the joke about someone being given too many jobs to do who says something like 'why don't you stick a broom up my (not suitable for toy website) and I can sweep up as I go!'

Never been a fan of Mixels... I just don't see the point. It's like, "What ridiculous shapes can we make with those spare parts over there?" I'll save my money.

The reporters look great!

Ninja Mixels! Who doesn't want Ninja Mixels?

The trash ones look like fun as well. I'll probably pass the news ones, though.
But, actually, I buy Mixels as part packs. They are usually build once and then go into the pile after a day or two.

By in Germany,

I just love the fact that the Mixels (in most cases) consist of many interesting and unique parts and are also not very expensive at the same time. That's the main reason why I collect them, I very rarely build them and even less often keep them that way. And since orange is my fav colour I'm already looking forward to the Ninjas. :)

I love these, especially the trash ones!

In my humble opinion, I think all the new Mixels after series 3 are extremely lame. The are either copies of an original tribe (Infernites for example), nock-offs of an original tribe (Munchos are ALOT like the Fang Gang), or just purely dumb occupational Mixels (MCPD, MCFD, Piratz, Nindjas etc.)

All I want is for LEGO to keep making Mixels with new powers! Why not a water tribe or a stinky tribe!

I have to admit, I do not care about the Mixels at all. I still buy them, though, and lots of them, since they are pretty much the best sets for parts you can get.

My favourites are the Nindjas, especially Cobrax. They have useful parts, they look excellent, and Ninjas are a good idea for a Mixels subtheme.

GUYS They also have pics of 8 and 9 series Maxes!
Holy Max, they are amazing! Love the Trash max!

Like Mickitat, I don't care for the Mixels per se. We don't get the TV series to begin with. But as for parts packs, there is hardly anything better. Many rare parts, or rare colors, and great value for money at that. Much cheaper than almost any other type of sets - even in RRP form, but better still when discounted. And as Mixels are usually sold off at half price near the end of every series' tenure, so much the better.

@mike_fifer: Most people refer to that as "imagination".

My fabourites are Mysto and Sweepz!

I'm very attracted to Sweepz, the pompom-waving horse-wolf hybrid, although AddictedToStyrene's comment made me laugh.

In general, Mixels are the acme of LEGO: a fun toy, an economic source of parts, and an educational 'apprentice piece' of technique.

As small treats, minor awards and pocket money fodder Mixels are the perfect lego fix. Polypockets are thin on the ground and generally not available in the wild in the same way that Mixels are. So the more the better. I do wish that Lego would cater for this price point with more sets in general however. Until they do Mixels fill the void.

I personally don't like the Mixels theme and wish there was something similar to replace it. I don't have any ideas though.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I like the creativity of the new mixels, but they seem to lack the pose ability of the earlier model themes

By in Romania,

The trash ones are my favorites from this series, particularly Compax and Gobbol.

I like the idea of the news ones, but not really any of their designs.
