I wonder why they're not available online in Belgium, as german is one of the three main languages in our small country...

@wwward - they are available, or at least they were last night. Took some finding though so easily missed. I found them in 'new' and then narrowed by price €2 to €6. They show up with a generic 'missing image' picture.

Probably a stupid question but if i order a set of 16 from LEGO.com will it be a complete set or randomised? If it's randomised, why do they limit sales to 16? Considering it's likely we'll receive duplicates.

I bought five boxes today in retail (not for me, not for scalping!). It did not seem as though there was a limited supply. The stores I was at had plenty. I bought one extra bag for myself and I have to say they are really extremely disappointing. I guess in a year or so, after the hype has died down, they will be dirt cheap. The only interesting thing about them is the arms, flesh/white shirt. Might be useful for modding. Also, the left-over figs are even more useless with this series.

As a footy fan and a Englishman I just cannot bring myself to buy the German national team, especially when we are on the loosing side too many times...

I wouldn't mind picking up a few of these just for the different flesh tone heads and hot pieces - not at full price through.

Nothing in Italy...

This series has something that other series don't really offer - a wide selection of flesh and dark flesh heads together with hairpieces that are either unique to this set (I think) or otherwise quite rare. If these heads aren't used anywhere else then I think the figures have as much value as other series, both in terms of usability and re-saleability for those who care about that.

In all Europe must be these Minifigures!!! Ridicolous.

I'd love some new headpieces/hair pieces plus new colors. Granted, I'm a bit far from the rest of the release of these and it does seem difficult to get a variety of them based on how similar each figure is.

Sold out now....... i tried to buy some earlier but there is a technical issue which seems to have removed the free postage and moaned about either not getting VIP points or being able to use them as discount....... shan't bother now.... Maze can wait

USA anyone ? We may not be as big of football fans (or soccer fans - I was debating which word to put in parentheses but felt soccer was the minority of the words), but we still love the beautiful game! Plus, among my favorite players are Neuer and Müller, so to not get them would be a shame...

I've contacted LEGO customer service, and asked why they are not available in ALL European countries.
They answered, that they WILL be available in the other European countries as well (at least in LEGo online shop), but currently they are facing technical difficulties, that's why they removed them from all the other sites they have been abailable.

So we can expect a second vawe soon in all European countries. Sorry for the states overseas that I forgot to ask.

IN STOCK IN ITALY, finally! But I can't bought over 16 bags. I tried to order two times 16 bags but the 2nd order was deleted.

Was so disappointed that they were out of stock after barely two days, because I was abroad and when I came back they were gone already. But they're back in stock now and I already ordered a few. Yay!

I know unfortunately. The problem is that by handing the Minifigures random with just 16 bags I will not have the certainty of finding the whole series. Indeed, it is virtually impossible. With 32 maybe yes. ;-)

Wait till the first order is shipped and then try to place another order. This is what I will try, too, maybe it will work.

I've tried to buy another 16 and ship to a dfferent address (my father's address), and they just ancelled my order. But my father and mother run a DIFFERENT household, and the limit is 16 per household. So they shouldn't have cancelled my order!

It does not matter. Also in the past I tried to do what you did. LEGO identifies the number of credit card and automatically deletes any orders that are within the same card. Unfortunately there is no way to get around it.

Sold out again...

Episode I: For a couple of hours they were available in some European countries.
Episode II: Some days later they were available in all European countries.
Episode III: They were sold out within 12 hours
and
Episode IV - A New Hope:
The status of the DFB Minifigures are now changed to "Temporary out of stock" instead of "Sold out"!
So a new wave can be expected hopefully.

And the new wave is here, since yesterday afternoon they're available again.
