Nope. Ordered Hogwarts Express with Hogsmeade Station and got both GWP's.

By in United States,

I got a card error and my cart is still full. But they actually did charge my card!

By in United Kingdom,

Really needed a new cooker, but no Galileo Tribute with that, so no contest. 43227 + 2 GWPs on the way!

By in United States,

Can you get GWP by ordering from Pick A Brick? Everything else I want will eventually be 20% off not at Lego.com, so PAB is my best value.

Lego.com usually offers double points in the USA in mid-November for two days. Last year was 11/19-11/20. If they did it, it likely wouldn't overlap with these GWP, and if it did, they might be out of stock. But it's a long shot to consider.

Yes you can. If there are no specific themes required. PAB works. I used it many times and probably will have to do it again to get this one.

By in Australia,

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

By in Netherlands,

@FireFox31 PAB works fine for these I just placed my order.
Have the same isue the discount elsewhere has more value than the GWP.

By in Poland,

This is one of the weakest Vip packs we have got.

Mr. Pedantic here....are we still calling this a VIP Add-on Pack? Shouldn't it be an Insider Add-on Pack?

;)

Yes, but LEGO doesn't know that... :-)

By in Puerto Rico,

Sadly, I used my budget for LEGO in the last two weeks.

By in United States,

Well, I guess I won't be getting whatever Black Friday GWP they have. But I might very well not care, because 40595 is so, so relevant to my interests.

"Just ordered Viking Village 21343. It perfectly satisfies the threshold (actually it is once cent under the threshold but such sets still qualify)."

Sets that cost $129.99 will qualify but if you buy two sets worth $119.99 and $9.99 = $129.98 (or whatever combination) then it doesn't count, unless you're in store then usually it will.

In Canada, at least, only PAB "Bestsellers" qualify for a GWP. The "standard" PAB pieces don't count.

The fine print says this:
"Pick a Brick (Standard) orders are not valid for this promotion."

Why is Lego store in US showing the Galileo set for $24.99 and the VIP fun pack for $9.99? You can’t add them to the cart, but they are showing those prices. Just curious as I’ve never seen that before for GWP.

They have been doing this for a while. Numerous retired products are also show up on the store website. I suspect that they simply add products to a database and then a product page is automatically generated. It does allow users to view photos, download instructions, leave reviews, etc."

Ok. Thank you! For some reason I’ve just never seen that with GWP‘s.
