Worst Ninjago set ever!

Seriously though, It doesn't look anything like a Ninjago vehicle. Or a vehicle. Like, where are the rubber tyres? But I do have that figure and he is definitely a lot better than this build!

It's a little go-machine! A Ninjago-machine, if you will.

Do I need any more proof that Ninjago is becoming increasingly uncreative?

Well, this one was released 12 years ago...

That’s a car?! Lol. Looks like a banana shooter.

Should be an unlockable character in Mario Kart

By in New Zealand,

Don't be fooled by this set. The rest of the rise of the Snakes sets are so awesome, I own a few myself.

I've had them since I was a kid!

Yeah, it's only, like, about five studs wide. True Ninjago vehicles are at least twice as wide as that.

Now I wonder, what is the shortest set title?

Car.

No, no, NO; the word you're looking for is 'cart', with a 't' on the end...although: Cole is the driver, so that would make it a 'Cole car', and thus 'rolling stock' for railroads...:)

(Edit) @GSR_MataNui: Are you sure about it being 'not canon', 'cause I seem to recall Cole 'conjuring' a cart as his first vehicle, as did Jay his 'Thunder Jet'.

I just want to see how you'd react if they slapped a Chima logo on this.

Ummm, yes.

Clawr.

By in Netherlands,

Dude, where's your tires!?

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Remarkably low key name for a Ninjago set; aren’t they normally along the lines of “Cole’s Turbo Thunder Roller X!” or something?

Gravatar
By in United States,

Ah yes, from.the episode when Cole breaks into the house and tries out all the kids toys. Faithful recreation.

Needs the accessory set "tires".

Basically a teeny tiny 9444. I own one, but I only bought it to get the cheapest Cole ZX (he doesn't have shoulder pads, which I just Bricklinked). It's tiny, but at least it has fold out golden blades like the larger Ninja vehicles of that year.
I always just took the tireless wheels as lego's attempt to 1) cost cut and 2) make the wheels as small as possible to be proportionate to the vehicle.
That said, it's one of my least favorite ninjago sets because it just feels like the budget was ridiculously tiny for some reason. 30085 Jumping Snakes feels much more substantial than this!

True, but then they released the Core Subtheme, which is straight-up just a testa6of how much they rehash stuff.
Sky Pirates was still the only unique villain faction

That would make "Car" the "No-Tread Assault"

I got this one free with a newspaper. Nice little set, shame they stopped giving them away

By in United States,

They almost be better off putting the figure in the polybag with a bunch of random parts.
