By in New Zealand,

For 2009, it's a very badly designed set.

And don't say Lego's quality these days is bad, not when this exists.

Darn you! No, not for the earworm, but because I was going to post that.

Ah, yes my favorite movie, shark

(If you know, you know)

It’s so cute!

I prefer the much more recent hammerhead shark. Partly because I prefer hammerhead sharks, but also because they did a much better job of designing it.

"Mom, I want LEGO Jaws!"

"Honey, we already have LEGO Jaws at home!"

LEGO Jaws at home:

Looks nothing like James Woods (obscure reference to a show I’ve not actually seen successfully deployed!)

By in Netherlands,

This has that designer set charm. Unfortunately this is from 2009, not 2005. Even then the placement of the eyes is far too much to the back. Unless it has glowing gills.

Still, I sightly like it. Those gums and teeth help!

The shark still looks fake!

We're gonna need a bigger shark....

I guess the Sharknado left this poor guy behind! (Apologies, all the good jokes were taken!)

Looks better than the Jaws version

Say, isn't this Bruce? No, not the bloke in Finding Nemo voiced by the late great Barry Humphries, but the animatronic shark from Jaws that they named after Spielberg's lawyer.

When I'm comparing this to an accident prone, fake-looking shark from a 1970s film with a very troubled production, you know this guy is on his last legs.

He’s a shark. He doesn’t have any legs.

The person who wrote that song needs to take a long walk off a short pier into shark infested waters. I think I speak for most of humanity saying that.

It's much older than you might think, but it really blew up in the late 2010s. It was actually a fun little song when I was a kid 20-ish years ago (and it was probably older than that, too), but now it's just kind of everywhere and most of the fun has been sucked out with exception of trolling people with it now. >:)

Is NatGeo still running Sharkfest, or is that over as well?
