Not much of a party
Not as magical as the traveller's tea from Ninjago!
A party of one... because the guests were brewed into the tea. Stay away from Vanilla's tea parties.
Vanilla's mugs seem awfully large. Is it a pool party? Or she's possibly inviting giants?
What on Earth is she feeding them? O_O

So that's why those mugs are so big!

I know. It's such a vanilla party.
Those mugs are awfully big. I want to see what BIONICLE Axon looks like holding them, bet it'd be funny.

She's got cups so big she could serve even My Dad enough booze to render him unconscious for a good several hours.
I'm a 20-year-old male but I want to get a princess dress and have tea parties with my stuffed animals and my cat if he wants to join in. But idk how to explain this to my parents but at my tea parties there wouldn't be giant teacups and I probably wouldn't be fortunate enough to have the cake from LEGO Harry Potter and LEGO Batman 2 there.

Which would enable her to finally plot an escape from his mad clutches!
She looks terrifying
To serve her good friends Mint and Pumpkin Spice

She looks like one of those old dolls-in-knitted-dresses that my grandmother put over toilet rolls!

But she's promised such a nice dinner party later! Although she didn't say what the main course would be, just that there would be a side of fava beans and that the meal would be accompanied by a nice Chianti.
Vanilla tea... no thank you.
I've seen the 2001 catalogs a few times recently, but not once did I notice that one of the Belville sets came with 'life-sized' (actually kid sized) cups. That era never ceases to amaze me.
Another thing that I'm sure the target audience would love (my niece certainly would), but that would be much better purchased elsewhere because it's not what you'd buy lego for.
That said, chrome silver tea pot! Chrome pink crown! Printed cake! I genuinely wouldn't mind owning one if I had been a parts monkey.
Oh, and I love the background on Belville sets from this era.
Oh, look. It's the sun...
MY EYES! I'VE GONE BLIND!

Similar to that episode of Tales From The Darkside (I think it was TFTD) where the old couple lets the young woman use their jacuzzi and drink their wine, while the old woman chops up vegetables and puts them in the water...

....I don't remember that being in Tales from the Dark Side. In Looney Tunes it was a common event, however.
I've said it before but it bears repeating here - peak early 2000s money-losing Lego is never boring!
I figured it out: The "magic" is the teapot...well think about: look at the size/volume of that teapot. Now the cups. How many times would the teapot have to be refilled just to FILL ONE...it's a magic teapot with a "endless refill" capacity (and possibly a Genie as well:...))
To quote a meme my husband and I enjoy…
“If your party is not this lit, don’t bother inviting me…”
