This set comes with a special Clikits Separator to save your nails! That's so totally awesome!
Our collective love of clikets has summoned another!
LOL, and just after I was explaining to someone the Huwbot Clikits lore. The biased selection is still there!

Well, it was called DOTS and despite being more closely associated with LEGO, it still only lasted about 4 years. Its legacy will be longer, with the revolutionary quarter-circle and other rounded 1x1 tiles, not to mention anything else of note, Clikits aren't exactly the most compatible from what I've heard with only one half of its pieces being compatible, but LEGO did try jewelry and some light accessorizing again quite recently. Short of actually partnering with a name brand to do LEGO licensed things and not doing it all in house again, it might be awhile.
Oh, yah! Totally Clikits.
All hail.
In a parallel universe, these three characters are Stephanie, Andrea, and Wyldstyle, just going off of the hair.
OH man my 10yo daughter might stop playing with her Classic Space long enough to look at this.
@MCLegoboy:
Dots ran from 2020-2023. The 1x1 circle tile debuted with 3300002, but was probably developed for use with the 2012 Ninjago snake subtheme (clan symbols were displayed on the snake staff using these tiles). Quarter circles came out four years before DOTS, as did the "tooth" tile. The 1x1 heart tile came out a year before DOTS, and probably originated with CNY, TLM2, or CMF. The only 1x1 rounded tile that appears to have originated with DOTS is 77813, the one with the loop formed onto the top so you could clip charms to it. That was really surprising to discover. I, too, had come to associate the basic round 1x1 with DOTS and/or the mosaics, but now I do remember the fervor over that Holiday GWP, and the following frustration over the fact that nearly every subsequent release was transparent and printed.
Two Clikits in one week? You spoil us!
Jabba’s Sail Barge and Barad Dur got nothing on this one.
I'd love to see the Rebrickable alternative instructions for this one...
I wonder if we've run out of Clikits sets, yet.
I’ve finally lived to comment on a Clikits RSOD!

You weren’t alive a week ago for the Heart Accessories? Welcome to the world then I guess, congrats on mastering the English language at such a young age!

Still want the original Clickits ladies as Minifigs! How about an "Iconic female legacy Lego charcters" Minifig series? 12 all female figures, also including Creator Tina, Wyldstyle, buildable figure granny, Shell gs clerk, Basic red finger puppet, Bonnie Bunny, characters from Belville, Paradisa, Scala...
A blessing! A blessing from the Lord! (aka Huwbot)
Clickits! The sun has started to shine and the clouds seperated to show us this beautiful set.

Wyldstyle's hairpiece was actually directly inspired from this character's. Her name is Star.

So, you keep your nails in the bag? That's probably good, as nails often are used for hexes and curses.

Why does anyone even like it? It's barely compatible with LEGO, and it somehow got greenlit after the bankruptcy disaster of the late 90s clearly showed that was a terrible idea.

- No one here actually likes Clikits unironically (probably), all of the comments here "praising" it are in jest as part of an inside joke.
- IIRC, Clikits was created during the peak of Lego's financial disaster, not after it.
Halleluiah! Praise be to the mighty Huwbot - Lord of the Clikits!
So I at first glance misread this as "Totally Random Set of the Day: Clikits"; as if Huwbot was making a suspiciously specific denial about his pick of Clikits - less than a week after the last one, at that! - being anything other than random.
The actual name does raise the question of why this set needed to specify that it was "totally" Clikits, though. Were other Clikits sets only partially Clikits? I'm guessing it was just used for the emphasis, but it still feels like an unusual pick of words...

Reasonably well, if done to modern standards and integrating it into the LEGO system. That is pretty much what DOTS did and it seemed to be reasonably popular with especially young girls. They could have gone further and had more stereotypical boyish colours for the bands and letter tiles. Even better if they also integrated it into LEGO themes. Bracelet with lots of Classic Space 1x1 tiles? Or City or Castle or Pirates. Even better still if it went licensed. Imagine a DOTS bracelet pack with tiles for Minecraft or Fortnight, or Super Mario. Or go big and do Star Wars characters printed on 1x1 tiles with a bracelet.

@b2_O:
C’mon, it hasn’t even been a full week! Have you already forgotten?
I'll never understand the complaints of "it's not REAL Lego" or how stupid something was. Everything Lego made has its fans, no need to be jerks over it.
Clikits were an odd time but an interesting experiment. Lot of neat parts that *are* very much compatible with normal Lego. And for those who wonder why it was even greenlit, iirc this was Lego's attempt to capture more of an audience with young girls and compete with Bratz, Barbie, and other toys that were seeing a surge of interest in the early 2000s. You could make the case Dots was an attempted successor that was more based in System, to mixed success there, too.

Personally I like them popping up here because they’re colourful and different and it’s fun seeing things like that pop up. Would I collect them in real life? No, but then neither would I collect all the repetitive, boring trains that a certain kind of Lego fan fawn over, and I’m not going to ask they be removed from the RSotD either.
It’s good to be reminded of broader horizons, all I’m saying

@Huw wrote an interesting article a while ago about how you can do creative stuff with Clickits and how to combine them withe Lego. Go, look it up!

Burn dem liars and heretics!
I like that Clickits existed. Sure, it's not for me. But it was lego trying something different.

If Ckikits separator is something, that separates from Clikits, then I don't want it!

For an in-house theme, DOTS lasted quite long, more than Hidden Side and (most likely and sadly) Dreamzzz (and VIDIYO). I think LEGO realized that DOTS hit market saturation after 3 years since there really isn't much collectability to DOTS as there can be for NINJAGO, Star Wars, etc.
Flex
I agree this set is Totally (Nuts) Clikits.

"He hasn't been a member long enough to know about he joke."
I figured that, which was why I explained to them that it's just a joke. Here @WolfpackBricksOfficial , I'll repost the explanation that I made on the last Clikits RSotD, if you want:
"This was probably more prevalent when RSotD was still new, but there's been running joke that Huwbot is biased towards Clikits. It's a bit rarer now because it's already been picked a surprising number of times, but it used to be common enough that some of us thought it was genuinely rigged. The site even had an April Fool's joke one year where Huwbot "took over" the site and turned it into Clikset... and then the following day's RSotD ended up being another Clikits set by pure chance lmao"
44 out of the 85 Clikits sets have been RSotD. Only 41 left. More than halfway to FREEEDOM!!
"But new sets coming in dilute the eligible set pool and make future Clikits picks take longer!"
"Yes, you're very smart. Now shut up."
I would love to see a MOC that incorporates that purse.
