Random set of the day: Holiday Jet (ANA Version)
Posted by Huwbot,
Today's random set is 4032 Holiday Jet (ANA Version), released during 2003. It's one of 28 World City sets produced that year. It contains 151 pieces.
It's owned by 33 Brickset members. If you want to add it to your collection you should find it for sale at BrickLink, where new ones sell for around $157.20, or eBay.

There is 13 different versions of this set: 4032-1 4032-2 4032-3 4032-4 4032-5 4032-6 4032-7 4032-8 4032-9 4032-10 4032-11 4032-12 4032-13
All this time and Timmy still hasn't learned to stop playing on runways...
@Maxbricks14: And of those, only 4032-6 and 4032-13 have yet to be RSotD.

And yet there is no Elsa version.
He wants to catch the plane
Just two left!
Gotta catch 'em all!
We've been doing this since March of 2018, and collected 11 of them, I wonder how much longer it will take to get the final 2. Will it be before the holiday season this year?

All this time, and eleven different pilots have failed to take the little bugger out. C’mon, guys, we’ve only got two more chances to get this right!

That's why there are 13 versions. The first Timmy went on the runway and didn't runaway, so he's gone. Then the other 12 of his clones made the same mistake until they gave up!
Everywhere I go, I see his face

Actually Timmy has 13 lives. Similar to a cat, but an unlucky number as he is doomed to loose them all in the same manner in a similar timeframe.
@BaconKing: It's time for another "Good Idea", "Bad Idea"...
"Good Idea": Catching a plane...(Shows 'Timmy' walking down a concourse of an airport...)
"Bad Idea": "Catching" a plane...(Shows 'Timmy' in current predicament...)
The End...:D

How it started.
How it's going.

It’s like a weird Groundhog Day situation, Timmy’s being forced to relive it over and over until he learns some valuable life lesson…which is probably “don’t saunter into runways ya eejit”
And I thought the comments would be about Huwbot picking two City items on the same day...
It's back! The Timmy's plane delay playset.
Don't mess with time travel kids. After his stints with Dr. Cyber Timmy is stuck in a dangerous Deja Vu loop. To this day.
De plane! De plane!
Timmy, have you ever been in a.. in a Turkish prison?

What Timmy doesn’t know is he’s already dead. His spirit is compelled to make the same mistake of playing on a runway until he finally accepts what happened and can move on. That won’t happen until the last of these sets has been the RSotD.

The Brickth Sense?"
Exactly

"Everywhere I go, I see his face"
Every breath you take
And every move you make
Every bond you break
Every step you take
He'll be watching you
Every single day
And every word you say
Every game you play
Every night you stay
He'll be watching you
(Timmy is creepy - we all knew that - but who knew he was a unkillable stalker?)

You can call it lack of confidence
But to carry on living doesn't make no sense
I can't, I can't, I can't stand losing
I can't, I can't, I can't stand losing
I can't, I can't, I can't stand losing
I can't, I can't, I can't stand losin, you!
I guess this is our last goodbye
And you don't care, so I won't cry
And you'll be sorry when I'm dead
And all this guilt will be on your head
I guess you'd call it suicide
But I'm too full to swallow my pride

It's all a wibbly-wobbbly, timey-wimey thing. https://brickset.com/minifigs/idea020/the-eleventh-doctor (or https://brickset.com/minifigs/dim009/the-doctor, if you prefer) knows what I'm talking about.

Airplane!
Also, the boy's name isn't Timmy, it's Joey ;-)
I so wanted to get this set..it was during a time when I was doing quite a bit of travelling but it never appeared on inflight shopping on any of my flights!!! When I eventually had the pieces to build one from scratch I was greatly disappointed that the engines don't properly face forward and (if I recall) had a tendency to rotate because they were mounted on turntables (?)....something like that...
@GSR_MataNui, @Murdoch17, and @StyleCounselor : If you guys don't cut-it-out, I'm gonna call 'the Police'...then Sting can deal will ya' :D
@AustinPowers: I think we call him 'Timmy' (at least I do) because of the short-lived Jim Henson series 'Dinosaurs', in which there was a 'show-within-a-show' called "Mr. Lizard", a parody of "Mr. Wizard" (Bill Nye before Bill Nye). Every time Mr. Lizard would do an experiment, he'd bring a small child (dinosaur) "volunteer" to "help". Kid get destroyed, leading to Lizard yelling to the side: "We're gonna need another Timmy!"...fun stuff:)

That certainly lent some interesting overtones to the whole thing, but no. It’s because the head is the same as what’s used on these guys, and that’s the name TLG assigned him:

Still feels a bit random to list them all separately instead of just keeping it as a note: " Set comes with one of 13 different airline company sticker sheets."
Set variants aren't that uncommon afterall:
-lots of sets that were re-designed during production (surprisingly many of which are 80s Space sets)
-sets released prior to major theme rebrandings came in two different packages (like 1991 yellow boxes vs 1992 System boxes)
-Bionicle canisters with or without mini-CDs
-Time Cruisers special editions with audio tapes
-Sports and Football of the 2000-2004 era often had a confusing array of team co-branding
-different packaging and instructions (sometimes even sticker sheets) depending on region
... and probably some more.
Btw Timmy with the plain torso is a leftover from the 2000 Football team buses, where he usually was supposed to get a sticker on both sides.

I thought we call him Timmy because he uses the same head as Tim 'Timmy' Timebuster, one of the main characters of Time Cruisers. This kid: tim004 (I don't know how to link minifigs)
He came in sets like 6491 Rocket Racer
Or maybe that was just me...

Linking minifigs is done by copying and-pasting the URL of the minifig's database entry, like so: https://brickset.com/minifigs/tim004
