You know the town's rough when even the Cops engage in Street Racing.

Another vehicle? That's four in a row now! Huwbot must think that there is a race on or something.

So...Detroit? My dad said, when he was growing up, there was a shop on Woodward Avenue that people would take their cars to if they wanted to drag race them, which also generally meant they could easily dust any cops that showed up. Then the cops started taking their cars to the same shop.

So 4434 was just picking up the debris from when 2541 got slingshotted into the back end of 7801?

Yeah, and this police car is racing to the scene, which explains his speed. (Although he's a couple days late)

Is Huw developing an obsession with LEGO Racers?

Maybe he's grown up and decided that Clikits isn't his thing anymore! Let's hope not.

Or maybe he realized that he was running out of Clikits, but Lego will never stop producing vehicles, so he needed a new obsession.

Out of the 80 Clikits sets, he has chosen about 45 of them so far, so still a few more to go.

From 2005 to 2009 I was OBSESSED with collecting the Tiny Turbos series. This wasn't one of the strongest cars, but still a cute caricature of a car.

By in United Kingdom,

Good luck enforcing anything with an opaque windscreen like that

Gravatar
By in Germany,

What kind of a job is enforcing highways anyway?
Don't we have more than enough of those already?

By in Germany,

Somehow this evokes images of the opening scenes from the movie "Cannonball Run" in me.
But even there not much enforcing seems to be done by the cops ;-)

Yeah, but the number of Clikits sets will never get larger, unlike the number of vehicles. I mean, look how many are being added to the lineup this year, what with the Formula 1 thing!

By in Italy,

man, I miss the racers line/tiny turbos

By in Netherlands,

I miss the Tiny Turbos even though I've seen enough cars to last me a year in this year's first month. It helps that they were A) small and B) not ALL THE SAME CAR and C) not the exact same car again but with different bodywork à la the technic 40-50 euro cars. Or multiple themes of the same thing but with different levels of detail. Or the exact same car from the exact same motorspart and the exact same sponsor but now the 2025 edition instead of the 2024 edition.
I mean, if you're really into it kudos to you but man it feels excessive IMHO.

Where was I going with this? Oh yeah Tiny Turbos. After the 2006 wave they started to blend together a bit to me. But that's probably just a me thing.

I'm gonna assume this cop is chasing the RSotD from three days ago.

Are these the ones that came in plastic canisters? You could squint and pretend you were building Bionicle. Squint really hard.

It's a dreaded STAMP. Those were par for the course in the early days of Tiny Turbos.

I miss Tiny Turbos too, but I do not miss the line's use of stickers. Stickers on 1x1 tiles and cheese slopes, STAMPs...
