I don't remember Fabuland having shark characters ...

I have the entire 2013 Coast Guard wave — this one's a really nice set. The motorized hook play feature was so cool.

"also, white shark is pretty cool"
Yes indeed. Still the only one I have.

Gotta rescue that shark before it gets converted into a Fabuland mutant.

I love the look of this set. This is a lot of play possibilities for just $40 - a big chopper, a catamaran, 4 minifigs, and a shark! In THIS economy?!

But I'm biased. I have a huge affinity for LEGO coast guard sets.

It's one of 10 City sets with a helicopter produced that year.

HEY!

By in United States,

Not too many Lego helicopters have six-bladed propellers.

By in United Kingdom,

They're not actually there to rescue the guy, but to arrest him for messing with that endangered albino shark

By in Turkey,

Nice set with plenty of minifigures and a shark. I can imagine the gameplay just by looking at the picture: Poor sailor saved by the shark from chopper attack...

Ooph, me too. In fact, everything beach, coast and sea :P

I've got this one! Not got the minifig tho, still waiting for the double.

Hey!

It's the set of that coast guard pilot minifig we go a few days ago. Neat!

I must say... I like the set more than I did back then. The catamaran is cool and the helicopter is not as oversized as the 2008 one.

Never thought about how crazy it is that this one is the same price as the one released 5 years earlier, and that one was significantly larger and had nearly double the parts count ;p

Personally, I think that 2013 batch of coastguard sets was the best version.

I had this set when I was young, it was an absolute banger. Sadly the motor on the winch did wear out quite quickly, but it was a fun little play feature.

For me the one from 2008. 7738 was so cool.

This today would be 70$

By in Ireland,

I have the catamaran, and I think I have a white shark but not sure.

I have 60095 Deep Sea Exploration Vessel the only other set to have this white shark.

No kidding! Star Wars was amazing that year, not to mention LotR and The Hobbit.

Hey, are you trying to talk them out of finally releasing a Nanaue bigfig?
