It was my dream as a kid to collect every Exo-Force set, and I got really close; only fell 3 short by the time my dark age hit. When I got back into the hobby, one of the first things I did was get those 3 off ebay ( 7713-1 , 7721-1 & 8115-1 ). However while looking into that, I discovered these polybag sets existed, but convinced myself I could do without them.

The text at the top of the bag means "special forces", but when I put it into Google translate it says it means "special needs". XD

I tried to get two sets from each set for a while. Some time later, figured I could do with one. Lately I push my self to choose only the sets I really really want, because there is no end to the themes you may want to collect when it come sto Lego.

I’m getting such deja vu; I’m sure some version of this set popped up before and someone made that exact joke, I remember laughing at it then too

Wasn't even aware Exo-Force had polybags. But, of course!

Yes. If you're the hero, you have the power. Power brings responsibility. Responsibility brings pain.

Exo-Force mechs walked (painfully) so Ninjago and Marvel mechs could run

I'm quite impressed with this one, considering it's a polybag-sized mech from a mech theme back when mechs with movable legs were just becoming possible at a larger scale. The smaller-scale ones were still discovering how they can be designed. It looks sensible for the theme's universe where vehicles tend to be mech-shaped for mobility. It even has a little windscreen to protect the pilot from rhe front.

I never thought I would find a sentence(or two), that sounded like Yoda, Uncle Ben, and He-Man all at once, but here we are
