By in New Zealand,

Such a charmer. Creator buildings are always quite good.

Such a beautiful set. Just look at those buildings.

By in Canada,

The first Creator 3-in-1 set I modularized. Made the café into a bar as there are a lots of cafés around. Looking at it right now and it still fits pretty nicely with the rest of the city.

Snagged mine from Toys R Us back in 2016 for $79.99 USD :-)

One of my favorite

My first thought was how they’d fit with the big Modulars, just nice little small buildings to break up the skyline a bit, but I guess being hinged might make that a bit tricky. Possibly one of the other configurations though

Two yellow vehicles in a row! :P

By in Netherlands,

This is a delight. Small enough to fit anywhere, but packed with character. Man, do more of this, TLG.

Got them at 40 Euro on sale. Parted out a few. Nice parts for Modular lovers like me.

Still got 15 or so sealed in reserve :-)

One of the greats. Have that one too. Such a nice addition to any LEGO City.

By in Austria,

Those were so cool

By in Germany,

One of the best. They don't make 'em like this anymore!

By in Belgium,

Creator really needs to get back to doing these kinds of builds!

One of my favourite sets, and I feel vindicated reading the other positive comments.

It's a charming little set that doesn't break the bank but provides a varied street with nice architecture and unusual and realistically done subject matter such as the bike shop. This was great because it was actually affordable for one with my budget. They are close-backed and all rooms are accessible to figs through stairs and ladders, with two appartments with a rooftop section on top of the café and bike shop. The buildings feel complete and can be folded out to create an impressively long street scene. That option really helps show just how large the set actually is!

I also ended up getting the 31036 Toy & Grocery shop in 2015, the 31050 Corner Deli in 2016 and the 31065 Park Street Townhouse in 2017 which were all in the same style. They can all fold out into a dollhouse style or close up into a complete building. In the years after this 'line' was discontinued until there was a revival with open backs. I never got those sets because the ones I have are plenty and they cost more for buildings that were not as complete. My budget also dried up around those years, and there were more precessing things than toys.

I still look with fondness at these sets. This was from the era when I still had plenty of sets I wanted to buy new and there was a great store in the area that made it slightly cheaper to do so. Nowadays the vast majority of new sets don't feel worth it and don't interest me due to overlicensing.
This line of sets are my modular buildings and these are always a joy to put together again after storing them. On rare occasions I've built the alternate builds too (they are 3-in-1s!), but for this one I find the large pile of parts too much of a hassle to work with to do it again. It was unsorted too when I first built it which I didn't mind, but I don't like sorting again and again.

I got mine from Toys R Us in 2014 for $50 USD in Tennessee in a Holiday Deals promotion.

Great 1000 parts pack with plenty of plates and single width bricks plus slopes, windows, doors etc. for kids to get into mocs, or going further by combining with other creator buildings. Although there are B and C models never understand why they only use around half the pieces? There is a great bike store and apartment design with free instructions at https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-30150/kjbrick/bike-store-and-apartment/ details which uses most of the pieces.

The start of the CREATOR 'mini modular' line!

I miss these Creator houses. I loved modularising them as a kid

I bought 31131 Downtown Noodle Shop, because of it's own charm. Thanks to the comments I now see it was like a line of it's own. I guess 31141 Main Street was the final one?

This reminds me of a car I once saw in college. I misremembered the make and model, and only recently found out what it was again. It’s the Suzuki X-90.

As of today, yes. The modules are also connectable with the Monkie Kid cities (80036, 80054) and the recent Spider-Man Skyline (76311, 76317, 76323).

It would be nice to see more stuff like this, for both kids and adults, without the superhero tax added on…!

By in United States,

I always wanted this, the 3-in-1 Creator sets tend to be the most underrated ones.

By in Poland,

I miss those minimodulars from Creator line.
