Must be from Oceania. She’s a little out of season for the rest of the world.

Actually, she looks like she might be from Alderaan, if you know what I mean.

Not dead enough. Is she immortal?
Seems like the same as: CTY1641
@purpledave yes, sooo many more batmans, but there are some quite different ones (yes, there are some unique Wu's like baby wu and my fave, the cyborg Wu). I think maybe I like the Electro suit batman the most. you?

I think I have to go with my 1st Appearance Batman. Not the CMF, but my custom design. My cape looks more accurate.

The lady likes exploring, clearly! Do you reckon she’s a geologist, biologist, or just loves the adventure?
@Brickalili: Answer: Yes (Hey, if 'Buckaroo Banzai' can be: a Surgeon/Doctor, a Physicist, an expert Martial Artist, Driver, Weapons User, and Rock Musician...three occupations don't seem impossible:)).

If you’re not in the Northern hemisphere, she is in season. Just because it’s getting warmer in the States and Europe doesn’t mean it’s summer everywhere.

Maybe, just maybe we can 'blame' her for the integration of the themes? Arctic had a different and unique logo some years before. Now it's all the same logo for all the explorers. I wondered if hair up = jungle/warm and hair down=arctic/water/cold, but that can't be the case. Her hair is down only for underwater.
I haven't noticed others who repeat through different types of adventure sets, but I haven't really looked much.
I'm guessing she's a scientist since her hair is braided, she's never shown wearing scuba gear, she's 'exploring' many different regions, and down for the underwater explorer sets. I imagine the long hair would get in the way of scuba diving, but I'm also sure it's possible with long hair. Maybe something with a possible unified theme, like bacteria (the small vial in some space and arctic sets) or tardigrades or such.

She might be in space too.
https://brickset.com/minifigs/cty1726 and https://brickset.com/minifigs/cty1753
Those Jungle, arctic ocean and arctic sets have mostly the same main 6-9 crew. Too bad that they are nameless.
6 in Jungle. Including Johnny Thunder.
7 at arctic ocean + 2 divers. Researcher "female" and Blackbeard w glasses added. But no Johnny Thunder.
9 at arctic mainland. Including Johnny Thunder.
5 have been in both Jungle, ocean and arctic mainland.
Wonder where they will go next?

Ha! Another great call! And another minifigure I have and failed to recognize here. Green means scientist (is the general consensus for these orange-airlock space sets). She could be the lead scientist, like a team lead or project lead scientist, since it seems her skills must be generalized to apply to all these different areas.

Well, I mean it's a logical assumption, given that the pilot of 30694 wears a green suit.

TheOtherMike, cheers to you too :)
Lead Scientist makes sense. Right now I call her "Braided", due to the hair.
I think that https://brickset.com/minifigs/cty1938 is her too.
Face fits as does the theme.

yes, he's the pilot, but it is a 'science mech' and the pilots of the spaceships are all 'blue'.
so he might be a scientist trying to become a pilot...
which would be blue+green = teal
which would be EDU033 / 45202, haha
