Best of luck to whoever he rescues with that. There's no more room after he sits down.

Am I losing my mind, or was 3314 Police Unit the random set of the day within the last few days? Did it get yoinked?

The driver to that vehicle was RMotD two days ago [the 28th but that gets weird for us Americans ;)]

By in Australia,

Oh, I have this one! I thought it was adorable.

By in New Zealand,

Calling it a boat is optimistic.

By in Turkey,

I'm no fan of the color orange. I like the fruit though.

By in United Kingdom,

I know it’s actually one of his directional indicators but it really looks like he’s got a big red self-destruct button under his left hand that he’s about to hit aaaaany minute now

By in Netherlands,

My mind wants to read it as a speedboat, but it is too big and weirdly shaped for one.
Although I wasn't a fan at first, the overall shape is growing on me. The awkward clips at the side are a nice inclusion to hold accessories at least, and said size feels generous for a polybag of the era.

By in Poland,

I had this one, though I'm not sure where I got it. It could have been added as a bonus to my 7726, because I don't remember ever having this magazine that this set was attached as a gift to.

Combo start(?)

JANG CLONE!

By in Netherlands,

He's not here to save anyone, he's just here to guard the coast from walking away or being stolen. That coast isn't going anywhere. Well done, coast guard.

The boat appears to be sinking, maybe he needs rescuing.

I like both. I especially like the color when combined with blue.

I feel like this must be the very low end of when it’s still a boat and not a personal watercraft. Like the first time you scrape the bow against a pylon, you’re going to reduce the length just enough that it needs to be reclassified.

I did a commissioned co-build of a 6’ tall Tony the Tiger with two other members of my LUG. We didn’t know exactly what parts we’d need, so the project lead ended up with boxes of leftover orange parts back in 2005. He builds microscale buildings, mostly, and has no use for that color. Ultimately, a lot of the 2x plates ended up buried under 9v track when our club decided to ballast it all back in 2007.

You think it’s too _big_ for a speedboat? Are you sure you’re talking about the correct type of watercraft? Have you seen how large cigarette boats get?

@TheOtherMike:
The Mentos trick supposedly works with any carbonated beverage, but it’s associated with Diet Coke because it doesn’t leave a sticky, sugary mess afterwards. Also, a member of my LUG has a rocket launch site and he’ll have two trucks parked next to it. One will have a few sleeves of Mentos, and the other a Diet Coke can.
