Thanks to Phineas & Ferb, all I can see looking at Alfred is Klimpaloon, the Magical Old-Timey Bathing Suit That Lives in the Himalayas.
Mostly I see Alfred doing some hard time in a too-small prison outfit.
Is the vacation a prison?

He’s definitely doing hard something, judging by that goblet in his hand.
Soooo...this is Alfred, Season 4-ish of the 'Harley Quinn' animated series (which I stopped watching Season 2...where's 'Kite Man's new season I wonder...:))
I get putting him in an old timey bathing costume because that’s the vibe of the character, but why make it black and white striped like the classic criminal look? What crimes was this man up to before raising a gothic vigilante?

Batman isn't the way he is because of his parents' murder, but because of Alfred's influence.

Old timey bathing robes have stripes. The coloring is unfortunate here, however.

"Say, Alfred! Would you like to join me on vacation?"
"A vacation, master Bruce? Oh, that would be wonderful. I haven't had a day off in thirty-five years."
"Haha, what? No, I meant - to buttle for me, to care for me, to pamper me and to thoroughly wipe the Batcheeks after I drop the orphans off at the pool. It's MY vacation, you're just part of it."
