This guy is the least interesting figure in the set, simply because Hulk is so common. There have been only three Red Hulks, two She-Hulks, and the Red She-Hulk in this set is the only such figure we've gotten. But there are more than Twenty Hulks.

What if I could turn into the real hulk to save money from buying a fake one?

…feels like the set should have been called Hulks vs. Red Hulks. You know, acknowledge the fact that there are four characters in there.

This one at least has proper toes, there has been *so* many otherwise-nice Hulk figures (including the Red Hulk in this set) that's been ruined by totally toe-less feet. According to Rhoald Dahl that means they're witches, is that the official Marvel canon on the subject?

No, see, on a weighted average, those Hulks would weigh a lot more than those She-Hulks, so the set averages out to Hulk, Red Hulk, and two things for them to throw at each other.

So which is the biggest fashion disaster; the magenta shorts or that bowl cut?

My favourite LEGO Hulk and the only one in my display collection. From the same set, I also have the Red Hulk bigfig and the She-Hulk minifigure on display. I repurposed some of the Red She-Hulk’s parts to MOC a cambion: https://flic.kr/p/2rP7gF1

For an alarmingly long period in time, Marvel loved putting people in giant purple pants. Not just the Hulk - there was also the dragon Fin Fang Foom, who didn't even have genitals to cover, but who wore purple pants anyway. Not Abomination though - Emil Blonsky tried to bring jorts back, and that is how we know he's a bad person. Good people don't wear jorts.

I like to imagine that for this period in time, there was one lone tailor who made a killing producing and selling ONLY XXXXXL purple trousers, and who immediately went bankrupt when Hulk and Fin Fang Foom began to experiment with new styles, cuts and colours.

"Green He-Hulk and Green She-Hulk versus Red He-Hulk and Red She-Hulk" if you want to be accurate.

"HULKS!" if you want brevity.

The colors are not easy on my eyes.

I remember this set being the first Marvel set I did not want to build the designed vehicles for the figures. Apparently others felt the same as it was easy to find at clearance markdown.

Why are the hulks always so angry? They should consider taking a chill pill.

Now that you've pointed the toes out, I don't know how I feel about their existence. After all, the other phalanges on minifigs (fingers) are not separated out for our vision--fingers and toes are like noses: implied but weird if you encounter them directly.

Though we DO encounter them sometimes... https://brickset.com/minifigs/adv021/pharaoh-hotep
