Could just be that sets that use it, has not yet, or maybe will not be released this year.

The database will include years of introduction, but won’t account for when sets actually retire. In some cases, that has resulted in parts being available over a decade after the last year they were listed as appearing.

That’s not how OPAB works. Parts show up at least two months after the set releases, not before. However, they can stay available until the last set containing them officially retires, which itself can be well after the set goes out of stock.

Ugh. That facial hair. One look at that minifigure, and you can already tell he has strong opinions on fonts.
