Am I the only one that thought that this set was in part inspired by Dale Earnhart Sr.?

This is a set I've always liked since I joined here years ago.

Look at all those system parts on the front. An odd mix there.

Man, that size/piece count/price ratio showcases some changes in the design criteria in the later years.

I changed the outfit for an exhibition into a real good looking "model team" car (real bricks instead of technic elements).
The result was quite nice and I even put some kind of transparent plastics for the windscreen.

I wish they still made sets like this, this looks really cool.

Totally forgot this one existed. It looks really cool though
