Today's random set is 8209 Future F1, released in 1998. It's one of 27 Technic sets produced that year. It contains 49 pieces.

For a future F1, it doesn't look very aerodynamic. The tires suggest it's for off-road racing only, interesting. It appears that the driver has jettisoned his vehicle after losing a rather unfortunate bet.
