By in Australia,

Man I wish they made more accessories like this for today’s city sets.

I remember loving this set for the then-new (and still relatively rare) conical piece.

I own this. It's a nice little small set, useful for setting up small construction sides. The build experience is rather short, obviously...

By in Australia,

It's a small set, sure, but little sets like this one are just so great for added scenery for Lego cities.

I do think this was a genius little set. It was cool that the rubber tire also touches the edge of the barrel, which turns as you roll the mixer along the ground. It's like that recent hot dog stand that has the spinning hot dog umbrella because there's a gear's edge that touches the rubber wheel of the cart.

This is one of the first system sets I ever got (before hand I just got BIONICLE) and I still love it! I wish they still made little city accesories like this, they kinda still do with promos like the Hot Dog Cart but they're nowhere near as common as back in the day.

correction: it is now "owned" by 5361 members. When I saw this article, I realized that I have this set somewhere in the depths of my lego collection.
