Today's random set is 8668 Side Rider 55, released in 2006. It's one of 23 Racers sets produced that year. It contains 111 pieces, and its retail price was US$10/£6.99.
It's owned by 818 Brickset members. If you want to add it to your collection you might find it for sale at BrickLink or eBay.

IMO, it's likely an American Big Rig truck that has been tricked out.

I have this set. It was a fun build, but it is a shame that there is no ramp in this set. Because the function didn't work well otherweise.

That logo... it looks like a partly decomposed cow head because the bottom is bone but there is still some hair on the top? Gross. The look in the eyes makes it weirder.
