By in United States,

I miss the old style stretcher that was more like the cot used in most actual ambulnaces instead of the simple stretcher with no wheels on it like they should. You'd think Lego would have designed a one-piece unit that looked more like today's ambulance cots in the folded position (sort of like what Siku supplies with some of their ambulances) instead of that simple pole stretcher. I understand the decision, as the legs of the old design tended to crack and break right where they attached to the pivot on the stretcher. I ended up buying a dozen of the things on Bricklink for various builds I have planned.

That's a nice little add-on set to any City medical set, but it doesn't do much in and of itself--though it has plenty of nice parts (and my favorite minifigure head, as it looks a lot like myself).

By in New Zealand,

Ahh when stretchers had the hinged wheels. Play value plus.

Is it me, or do the dark gloves and black pants make him look a little creepy?

By in Finland,

My goddaughter got Heartlake Hospital last Christmas, and I got this for her as a somewhat of a joke because I found sealed one on BL kinda cheap.

Little did I know that she loved having extra doctor and stretchers, so go me I guess?

@Zordboy: I’m pretty sure the torso assembly is borrowed from the LEGO Studios mad scientist, so I think it was creepy by design!
