Rascus was one of the few Knights Kingdom sets I owned. I feel it had the same problem with Galidor, and that was that it didn't use too many System parts (other than those used for armor). My favorite features was the switch on the back that allowed them to "wield" the sword.

I was looking through the Knights Kingdom Sets recently. It surprised me how many weapon pieces were never reused and/or recolored. The character-themed accessories I can understand, but it seems like they could have gotten some more use out of some elements.

I never got that far into the story of KK2, partially because it was so hard to find snippets of it online as a kid. I really loved the world though, colorful knights exploring dangerous dungeons and massive siege weapons to take down the brilliantly designed Lord Valdek. Given the series didn't shy away from throwing a giant serpent and giant scorpion into the sets t's kinda weird they didn't have any dragons. I suppose they wanted to keep it a little more realistic, and nothings stopping you from adding in some of the Viking sets with a similar style for the giant monsters.

The UK version of this set was the first of the KKII knights that I got, and I still like his aesthetic even now. Say what you will about them, but I'm always gonna have a fondness for these guys.
