Today's random set is 4298 Blue Power , released in 2002. It's one of 27 Racers sets produced that year. It contains 24 pieces.
It's owned by 189 Brickset members. If you want to add it to your collection you might find it for sale at BrickLink or eBay.

Not only is it another small set, but it's another Racer? Giggle. I think the Huwbot has gained sentience and it's just trolling us now.

Just don't make it Ridley-sized (like a Market street jk).

the non standard torso makes it look weirdly like some poor minifig has fused with their car and only their head is poking out from it
