Honestly, this set doesn’t look that bad. At least it’s nearly all normal parts, could be a small Friends set.

All things aside, I actually do like cute little sets like this one. It's a cute accessory pack of rare pieces in unusual colours. I call that a win.

Although I wonder why it's "Bellville" this time and not "Belville"?

@TransNeonOrangeSpaceman: A lot of set names for polybags and value packs are sourced from LEGO Customer Service listings, which can be rife with misspellings.

The scale implied by that giant flower makes me think that must be one very tiny frog…
