Hey Res-Q guy. If you are searching for the red-headed woman in the speedboat, she was here on the 9th of October:

Good luck!
^ He's gonna be almost a month too late to rescue that poor woman.
@Addicted- extremely impressive playing the long game in the random set comments!
I like some of the 1998 Res-Q sets. The hovercraft (6473) is pretty cool.
Good design for a small set.
See. Good, solid life jackets. There was nothing wrong with those. Why did they ever stop making them?
I think Lego thought that it would be a good idea to make the life jackets look more modern, with zippers and additional molded detail. I wonder if it would be possible to take a drillbit to the newer type of lifevest to enlarge the neck hole such that there is no unsightly gap.
@Norikins: better to use a file so you don't destroy the piece if you slip.
I remember being rather taken by some of the sets in the Res-Q theme when I was younger. Not enough to get any of them myself, granted, but still. Like TransNeonOrangeSpaceman said, the big hovercraft was easily the highlight of the theme.
I loved the RES-Q theme. I got the small truck and the beautiful big helicopter when they first came out. And this year, I bought the river boat, hovercraft, ambulance-truck and the rare little beach patrol set, to complete the line (the only thing I don't have is the base).
