Today's random set is 1250 Dragster, released in 1999. It's one of 63 Town sets produced that year. It contains 25 pieces and 1 minifig, and its retail price was US$1.7.
It's owned by 631 Brickset members. If you want to add it to your collection you might find it for sale at BrickLink or eBay.

How not to finish off a set lol A simple 2x4 tile would have been enough, Shell logo printed on there would be even better
^Problem is, the 2x4 tile didn't even exist until 2010!
'99 was a rough year, for town, I don't think many people would argue otherwise, but I loved these little promotional sets from Shell, I thought they were cute as all get-out.
These promotional sets were a good source for useful pieces.
