With all the Revenge of the Sith Kashyyyk sets that LEGO makes, I really hope that they eventually revamp this one!

Now there is a much needed remake! Ah, the good old days with light up minifigures...

Aw yes, the Revenge of the Sith wave. I don't know about this set. It was in the movie for like 2.5 seconds and I don't recall seeing the Clone side-by-side on screen. At least it looked pretty close to the movie version, IIRC. I just didn't get this wave at all. Nothing other than the ARC-170 was on the screen for any appreciable amount of time. One of the more forgettable SW movie waves.

My brain refuses to understand the attempted perspective in the picture.

This set is definitely not the greatest thing in the world, but a modern version... sigh, always on the move

Cool! I own this one. I like the piece selection (gold/metallic pieces), mechanism for the bomb dropping, and the minifigures (Jedi Unduli is cool and this was my first Yoda).

I hoped for long to put my hands on this one and the Wookie's ships range. Now I hope for a new rendition, but I am quite sure they will never be released again.

I think the islanders did a better job at it.

I really like this set and that wave. Would buy now if they re-released it exactly the same.

@Robot99: This is an instruction manual scan, not the full box art. The same is true of many of the other older sets on Brickset, so if a RSOTD ever has an image that barely shows its contents that’s usually the reason.

@Mandalorian-Candidat Never let little things like “minimal screen time” or “virtual non-existence” get in the way of Lego Star Wars sets xD

Oh, hey. Was just reminiscing a little about this set yesterday.

This was the set where I finally obtained my goal of getting a Chewbacca minifigure... which I think, honestly, was my main reason for picking it up. That, and I was thoroughly caught up in the Revenge of the Sith hype, to the exclusion of all my other interests (even Bionicle, my other main obsession at the time, took a back seat for the majority of early / mid '05) so...

I dunno, I thought it was a pretty cool model, all things considered. Like others have said, it had probably less than a full minute of screentime in the movie... but the amount of Kashyyyk merchandise RoTS turned up at the time does make me wonder if those sequences were originally meant to have more substance, but were cut for time reasons.

The box art and the content makes it looks like the wookieees are fighting the Clones. A remake would and should probably add some droids to use your studshooters on.

Oh yeah, this is the only set with Siege Battalion Troopers. I'm pretty sure there weren't any of those clone troopers in the movie and Lego put in this specialist type from the expanded universe, like how they also had the Star Corps Troopers. I don't know why they did this though, Star Wars was only 6 years in and they were putting EU related stuff into the big Revenge of the Sith wave. Lego has done more Expanded Universe (now Legends) related stuff since, except they have never been related to a movie that just came out. Everything that is in Rogue 1, Solo, Episodes 7 & 8 has appeared in the respected movie for example, with only maybe slight details or colors different from what appears in the final film.

Absolutely needs a remake, although a few more Wookiees would be great.

Light-up Luminara and the Clones were already what made this set a must buy, but then you build it and it's actually even cooler. While I wouldn't get it because I own this one and don't have anymore room, I have to agree with a lot of people here, a remake would not be bad. And to those complaining about how little screen time it got, if a V-wing can be made three times, then this can surely have a chance to return.

This was a great set and I'm so glad I got it and Wookie Attack both for good prices on eBay. Cool clones, light-up Luminara, and unusual Wookie aircraft?! Can't beat it!
