Today's random set is 7911 Tugboat, released in 2004. It's one of 48 Creator sets produced that year. It contains 34 pieces.
It's owned by 147 Brickset members. If you want to add it to your collection you might find it for sale at BrickLink or eBay.

I wish this was an actual minifig scale set. It looks very promising.
I started collecting these small-scale vehicles, oh, years ago now, and I've never looked back. I have an entire fleet (in microscale) of boats and planes and Batmobiles. I don't have this one, so I think I'll go Bricklink it today.
As a single set it doesn't mean much, but if you're collecting a fleet of mini/micro scale vehicles, like Zordboy above, your collection may look colorful and lively with the addition of sets like this.
