Random set of the day: Holiday Jet (Malaysian Air Version)
Posted by Huwbot,
Today's random set is 4032 Holiday Jet (Malaysian Air Version), released in 2003. It's one of 28 World City sets produced that year. It contains 151 pieces and 3 minifigs.
It's owned by 12 Brickset members. If you want to add it to your collection you might find it for sale at BrickLink or eBay.

Thirteen variants of this set. Is that a record, CMFs aside?
This also the fourth to be RSOTD'd, with the other three being EL AL, Snowflake (heh) and SAS.
wow... never thought Malaysia was already on a official Lego set title so long ago... ^_^
Well those people will just have to wait to catch the next flight...
Unless of course the plane is descending on them. In which case those minifigures have bigger problems...
^Like being surrounded by millions of Clikits pieces?
I have tow things to say:
It’s always nice when Timmy drops by to say hello
And also 28 sets. 13 of those are differently branded versions of this. Hmm. You can really tell they were struggling.
I bet we're gonna see all the other versions of this set as RSOTD in the coming days.
I miss brick-built aircraft.
I really want to travel by plane and get some exclusive sets today... That would be so cool!
For me the 4 wide aircraft build is still the best format, nowadays you have to have a room to build an airport, or sacrifice other buildings/facilities to own one in your city. It's not so realistic in terms of scale, however, it does its job just fine!
This set is okay I guess, but I've always preferred 4032-10 Holiday Jet (Austrian Air Version)
The face on the boy in the red hat looks terribly out of place (and just bad), especially when compared to the classic faces on the other minifigs in this set . . .
Minifigs are not meant to have noses . . . they look horrible.
I was travelling quite a bit when these sets came out but never managed to be on the right flight to snag one!! Does Lego still do airline exclusives? I always check out the duty free catalogues but have not seen any Lego for some years now!
Malaysian air? So this plane is either getting lost or shot down
That kid's face looks like it was drawn with a marker... and I think he will have to get out of the way...
FAST!
@Sandinista
was waiting for a Malaysian Air joke.
thanks
The fact that its only owned by 12 members has me wondering are there any sets on the data base owned by only 1 member or that no one owns? Is there a way to query that?
