Posted by Huwbot,
Today's random set is 8144 Ferrari F1 Team (Kimi Räikkönen Edition), released in 2007. It's one of 21 Racers sets produced that year. It contains 726 pieces and 8 minifigs.
It's owned by 162 Brickset members. If you want to add it to your collection you might find it for sale at BrickLink or eBay.

looks like a cool set
You can tell it's from the mid 00s, because Lego still managed to shove one of those three-wheeled bikes in there.
^ I have one of those three-wheeled bikes, but can’t seem to find the front wheel :-(
Ah well BrickLink it is I guess.
Looks like the racers was the speed champions theme of that time.
I never had any of the minifigure scale Racers sets. Huh. Looks a lot like that Speed Champions set, the Ferrari garage.
I remember having this, sadly the stickers did not age well.
Great set, baseplates and all.
That's a cool set because it's actually a fairly large garage with lots of tools and minifigs.
The baseplate makes it look larger I suppose.
Finland! ;)
I had the smaller set from a year before, 8673. Everything except the car was used in other MOCs. Couple of months ago tickers just started to fall apart. Sadly, I dismantled the car, too. It will be remembered...
I'm assuming Kimi Räikkönen is one of the drivers, did he get a special head? Or is it just the helmet the minifig wears thats special?
This is a curious set: two versions varying the main character: Schummacher and Raikkonen!!
Great Ferrari sets in those years!!
I have some of them, specially the minifigures of real drivers!! It is a pity that in Speed Champions set, there are no real characters!!
@Suzuki125 Racers was better though having original designed vehicles. Also micro, minifig and technic builds. Speed Champions is just licensed cars.
I got this set at a Tuesday Morning that had a LEGO sale. It had no price tag and would not price scan so an employee looked it up and said it was the Ferrari Pit Set (actually 8375) and priced it with the discount (around) $25. She pointed to a price list and said "Ferrari Pit" It was the only Ferrari Pit set listed. I had no idea the retail price was $70 but I knew $25 was cheap!
The driver names are huge stickers and each torso uniform was a sticker.
Thus is very ironic, considering a bought a speed champions set yesterday.
But this is a good set for this time.
And it was thought the Finch Dallow situation was new... LEGO has been releasing slightly different versions of sets with one different minifigure starting since 2005 with the light-up lightsaber minifigs being replaced with regular ones the next year. This is the first time I believe though that the new minifig was a completely different person.
I need to buy this in the name of patriotism
Am I the only one here who likes the three-wheeler ATV? It is a bit more compact than a brick-built ATV; has a hitch receiver, and is quite versatile.
Well, other than the fact that when the 1/1s were popular in the 1980s; they were incredibly dangerous; and eventually, stopped being produced. Yet, LEGO kept making them until relatively recently. I know the four I have came in an Education set I bought on a trip to the Concord Mills LEGO store about 8 years ago.
These sets had way to many stickers. Same goes to Speed Champions. Other then that though these sets were pretty nice
Wow, first time I heard such a set exists. Torille!
Yes this was the Era of those horrible papery stickers that curled up, cracked and peeled. I have been wondering if the stickers of more recent times hold up better over time, they seem to be more like vinyl and not paper?
