Ah, Exo-force... I remember fairly liking this theme, though I only got a few smaller sets at the time.

I take it that there's no April Fool's prank this year? (No problem with that, honestly)

I wouldn't count it out, yet, it's not quite April in some parts of the world.

Wow, Exo-Force was during my "dark ages" and even though I know of the line . . . this set is totally new to me. Those wheels are so crazy that I'm not sure what to think of this . . . awful or amazing????

Last year RSotD was part of the prank, though.

Sorry I prefer the vertical Devastator. Good with the lime green.

This is my white whale set personally. I really like the design of this one, and that it comes with all those unique-looking robots.

Some say it's a bit empty though, which I agree with, but I think that leaves room to improve on it further.

Exo-Force didn't always stick the landing, but when it did it was great... like this.

Parts Analysis: WOW! The wheels are rare in lime green (2 sets) and are worth about $4 apiece used. Part 47456 is rare in pearl gold (3 sets). The rotor blades in orange are exclusive to this set. The windscreen bubble is rare in trans-neon green (3 sets). The black 8x16 tiles are worth about $2.62 used.

Maybe the joke will be some type of Clikits/Bionicle MOC. lol

Nice parts pack, but the build doesn’t seem to be my style. I like a few of these sets though, especially after getting into anime.

Exo-Force was the last theme that excited me like a kid. I got a bunch of them. Heck, at the age of 35, my mom gave me Striking Venom as a birthday present. Having said all that, I have to be honest, I don't see the exo-force in this set....

Bleh, never liked the look of this one. Always thought the second couple of years of Exo-Force were a bit of a let down after the first, and this is no exception. Striking Venom, the first big enemy guys, is pretty sleek and coherent, this is a gappy box with a lot of guns slapped on

By in Germany,

I have this one! Still remember saving up like crazy, to buy this as a kid. And it was absolutely worth it, the set looks quite big on the pictures, but it is absolutely massive in person. It can even be motorized pretty easily if that`'s your thing.

1000 pieces for £60. Those were the dates

Exo-Force was my (then) young son’s theme, but it also got me back into Lego, so I have a lot of love for the theme, 8106 Aerobooster was something else!! and Sentai Fortress is still one of the best base sets ever (in my opinion obviously)

I would love to see an Exo-Force 2.0 line, but its probably too close to current Ninjago with its many (awesome) mechs

13 minifigs sounds like a whole lot, so I just checked the set's details. It's mostly those little robots. But also two skeletons?? How do they come into play here?

This might as well be one of my favorite Exo-Force sets. It's just so awesome. It's very over-the-top with those insanely huge wheels, and I love it for that!

I have this set! There are two little prison pods with skeletons inside them in the interior of the vehicle.

That looks pretty badass, but the boxart is horrendous. Like why does the mech look like a bad model cutout?

I've got this one, took it apart for storage not long ago because it is HUGE and I just don't have the space for displaying.

EXO-FORCE!!!!!! I love this theme (even though I have 1 Iron Drone and 1 Devastator, and the Sonic Phantom without the Minifigure). It's too bad I was too young to enjoy the theme.

Ah, yes, part 59521, the big wheel. I only know about this part because I recently found a copy of 8709 Underground Mining Station, one of the three sets it was in.
