By in Australia,

Huwbot's kicked up the time machine lately. I loved this little set, I thought it was so cute. And very easy to rebuild just from standard bits in the bottom of your parts drawer.

That space at the back is just begging to give a little minifig mate a ride.

^Please don't, not 6 feet apart lol!

^^Yep, last 6 sets are all 2001 or older.

By in Australia,

Now I want to criticise this for looking cheap... but gosh it is adorable! I’ll see if the parts are in my brick bins!

By in New Zealand,

Nice asymmetric design.

By in United States,

Is it just me or is this set missing the service truck part...

By in Turkey,

Sure it lacks the finesse, but how can you not like this set.

I don't care how stupid it looks, you're a heartless monster if you don't love this set

Love it.
Pocket money 80’s sets at their best!

By in Germany,

I really love cars who are asymetrical and which steering is of center.

By in Netherlands,

Another sweet set from my childhood. The minifig kept my legotown clean back in the day.
The space in the back is where the thrash went.

I just want to cuddle it.

By in Hungary,

The other day, we had a highway tractor.
Now we have a truck, that is smaller than my office desk.
Strange times were the 80's.

By in Italy,

My very first Lego set. Nothing to add.

By in United Kingdom,

Got this when I was a kid. First thing I did was make it right-hand drive!

By in Hong Kong,

This one, together with 6680 & 6630, were my very first Lego sets. I always consider them as my City trio !

P.S. this is the very first time I ever leave a comment in Brickset

By in Sweden,

This was my first set as a kid! At first I didn't know it included instructions, so I built it after the picture on the box.

By in Australia,

This set was my first purchase as an AFOL (also had it when I was a kid).

I could never work out whether the worlds smallest truck was meant to be a street cleaner with a broom and spade, but no bin to put the leaves and litter in afterwards, or an airport service type vehicle but then he needs some tools on the back, such as spanner, hammer etc.

LOVED this simple little set when I was young. It is at my nephew's house now. So much time spent playing with it, and I am amazed looking back at how simple and little it was. Would love some more recent sets like this, with simple pieces and not special pieces.

By in Italy,

I think this was my favorite set when I was a child!

I loved this set too. I still have it! I may even have 2 of them for some reason... Funny at the end Huwbots lines must have crossed "Help make this set a reality and vote for it on lego ideas?"

By in United States,

These remind me of the little electric (or CNG) carts you see at a lot of large factories.

There's room for at least one or two trash cans--but did the part exist in 1982?

Other than the red seat, and headlights (I know I have clear transparent 1x1 tiles, as well as seats in yellow, gray, and blue); I think I have most of the sets from a crane set that was incomplete that I disassembled. However, I did use the classic red axles since the buggy in Benny's Space Squad looked wrong without the classic red wheels with metal axles.
