By in United States,

Boy we've been getting the good stuff these past few days, haven't we?

Thank you almighty Huwbot.

By in United States,

That's not My Dad!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Those flat baby hands are creeping me out.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

My best wishes to anyone who had this as a child. I hope you managed to survive x

By in United States,

The mom looks away and the teddy bear comes to life and terrifies the kid...

Gravatar
By in Australia,

More terrifying than the giant slime monster from yesterday.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Officer, please help me. I am an innocent bear. Teddy they call me, and I am being pursued by this creepo, maniacal child in a stroller. Help! Help! Help! Oh, no...

Gravatar
By in United States,

Why "swinging"? It doesn't appear to swing in any way. Maybe they just had to choose some adjective that started with the same letter?

Gravatar
By in United States,

Oh no. Oh god. Oh dear. It’s the Scala Baby. I repeat, we have a Scala Baby. Code Red, everybody, Scala Baby sighting, lock your doors and seal your windows. The Scala Baby is a true terror and it knows no mercy.

By in United States,

69 people own it

I would not think this is a Lego set if it wasn't posted here! wow.

Gravatar
By in Spain,

This was a wild week of random sets.

Gravatar
By in Spain,

Why the inventory doesn't match with Bricklink?

By in Canada,

Recent RSotD Death Match! Who wins?
Scala Baby (with tagteam teddy)
vs
Gorm Deluxe
Place your bets, bricksetters!

Gravatar
By in United States,

^ Scala Baby, not even close. Baby's the real villain. Gorm runs off crying like a baby.

Gravatar
By in United States,

That's it I'm never having kids.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Police man points his gun and says ‘hands up where I can see them’.

Gravatar
By in United States,

@CarolinaOnMyMind:
Gorm has two ranged attacks at his disposal. After that he has to close to melee range. I'd give the baby even odds against the Monty Python rabbit.

Gravatar
By in United States,

This is both SNOT (studs not on top) and SNOB (studs not on bottom). No studs anywhere!

Gravatar
By in United States,

Careful not to switch bodies with that bear, that would be bad

Gravatar
By in Canada,

Those white wheels are interesting, could be cool.

That white stick isn't useless

No black at all. I guess the Blacktrons could use the baby as a weapon?

Almost, but it would appear there is a single stud on top of the umbrella. Take me not studless into that dark night, Baby Thomas

By in Croatia,

I actually do have one of those Scala babies, and honestly, they aren't as creepy as everyone says.

Bebe Nui was a cursed Rahi on Mata-Nui created by experiments performed by Makuta Gorast, that preyed on the dreams of sleeping Matoran. Only the Turaga could exorcise them from the minds of the Matoran via a ceremonial ritual performed at the various village Kini's through-out the island. When Mata-Nui was cleared by the Bohrok, the Bebe Nui immigrated to Metru-Nui. After Makuta Teridax's defeat, the Bebe Nui immigrated to Spherus Magna were it was shortly there after killed by Velika in his plot to take over the...

Oh wait, we aren't doing Bionicle lore on this one today? Shame. Tsk tsk.

Gravatar
By in Germany,

I have that teddy bear!
Bought it together with a load of other obscure pieces on Bricklink, just for the fun of it. Never knew it came from Scala.

Gravatar
By in United States,

@AustinPowers:
I doubt I have it in this same color, but I do have five in flame yellowish orange for sure, because they included one in 7848. I bought one copy to build, and four for the blue fenders.

Gravatar
By in Finland,

Paint the teddy bear's torso red and he becomes Winnie the Pooh.

Gravatar
By in Belgium,

I parted this set out on my BO store last year, and everything's gone except the pram. Some people love this kind of stuff.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

A ‘swinging stroller’ owned by 69 people? Well done Huwbot, love your work.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Any chance we can have 1205-1 to go with this tomorrow?

To be fair, it has 2x 2926 Plate, Modified 1 x 4 with Wheels Holder

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Between this, yesterday’s art and I suppose Gorm the day before that, are we on a bit of a “monster face” trend?

Gravatar
By in Germany,

Yes, I need this for my council of evil villains! You can do all sorts of things with that stroller: Large Wheels at the back and GIANT exhaust pipes, treads, remove and apply jet engines... whatever the episode requires! What's your idea, Mr. Teddy?

Gravatar
By in Italy,

That's a lot scarier than the Stranger Things teaser below

Gravatar
By in United States,

If you think this kid looks scary check out his cousin on 3121, with the radioactive teddy bear.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

The baby did have studs, but it tore them off with its bare hands and ate them, all the while maintaining eye-contact with the LEGO design team

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

Nightmarish

Gravatar
By in Australia,

I’m sure My Dad would love this for Fathers Day.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

I want this for a poster

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Scala's creepy aesthetic always feels more 1970s than late 90s to me. I'm so glad my dark ages meant I was blissfully unaware of this era until much later.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

One day this baby and its antropomorphic bear will star as antagonists in a horror movie.

Gravatar
By in Poland,

A BABY! I'm using it as chaos entity in my Lego world

If you think this baby looks scary, just check out the Belville baby, which looks a million times worse.

Gravatar
By in United States,

bruh how is this even a lego set.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Lets count the LEGO pieces! Um, one...

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

The single stud on the parasol is the only sign of LEGO.

By in United Kingdom,

This made me look up 3220 - Christian with gifts... the only gift that Christian looks like he wants to give is death...

Gravatar
By in United States,

I really hope we get 3120 sometime soon

Wait, wasn't this set called "My Dad" when it was featured as RSOTD a few months ago? Why was it renamed?

Gravatar
By in United States,

The bear has no bar connection points to allow it to be held securely. The hands are close, but they are slightly tapered.

Yes, Scala-land is such a hellish place that even teddy bears are designed to slip through one's fingers. They taunt grasping babies with those terrifying blank eyes, arms eternally outstretched in a sardonic hug that can never be received.

It's no wonder that Thomas has been reduced to shaking his fist at the sky with an expression of deranged exasperation etched permanently on his face. When he grows up, Thomas will become another dark, brooding Scala adult lurking in the shadows of dark boxes with a stare of death, just like Christian has become in 3220.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Nuke it from orbit, just to be sure!

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

Just discovered the wonderful Galidor RSOTD. They should have made a value pack containing all these exceptional figures! The horror...

Gravatar
By in United States,

I will add this to my wanted list, as its a random set from the almighty Huwbot gifted to me on my birthday!

That was the best piece of literature I believe I’ve ever read. Yeah what Dickens! Just kidding that was brilliant, but I love me some Chuckie D.
