LEGO gives out free magazines, but if you paid for Brickmaster, not only did you get extra pages, you also got a set along with it. This company is absolutely crazy, but I love it. Their mini models for Star Wars were all great.

I'm not the biggest fan of Star Wars, and I only bought a Star Wars set other than a polybag once; to qualify for a TRU GWP back when I was a TFOL (chrome Stormtrooper). But, I will often buy the Microscale polybags when I see them. I feel some of LEGO's best designs are in small scale sets; but not City for the most part. I feel Creator and Star Wars has the best designs in these $4 sets.

I was thinking this was comparably scaled to the larger microscale sets from 03-04, but comparing it to 4490 shows that it's a little smaller and not nearly as good.

Not a bad Gunship for the size. Could really work for a LEGO miniature war game.

Aaaargh! It's too early in the morning for a bleary-eyed me NOT to mistake this for a UCS announcement.

By in Turkey,

I like the details for the size

Brickmaster was basically a loot box. Before loot boxes were well known. Thus as a kid back in the day I didn't get Brickmaster, literally or figuratively.

Considering the size and piece count, to me this looks really good.

I did not know that one. Excellent design the scale. Any news from the highly expected UCS ?

The hinge holding the plates for the cockpit on the sloping roof brick is clever.

Got a great deal on this one off eBay primarily for the LBG antennae to replace one I was missing from 10179 a few years before that part color went back into production again. At the time it would have cost me the same for TWO of those parts for what I paid for this whole set (and it even includes an extra!)
