Mini Golf with Offroaders!
There’s so much going on here that it took me a minute to see the actual hammer
I love how every time I think, we've reached the limit of weirdness re: Lego Racers products in the 00s? Huwbot just goes and proves me wrong.
Well, you can't claim false advertising. There's a skull, right there on the arch.
This set was made when lego actually wanted to do something cool and new.
What’s more daunting, the hammer(s) or the omnipotent Fist of God?!?
@CarolinaOnMyMind:
Tantrum kick.
It's hammer time!
*a random fist appears out of nowhere*

TONIGHT ON BOTTOM GEAR, CLARKSON TAKES THE DESERT HAMMER, MAY TRIES TO WOO GALI, AND HAMMOND JUMPS THE EMERALD NIGHT ON HIS BICYCLE.
The goal was for the car to be hit by the hammer? Or to avoid it?
And more official LEGO cardboard!
Thanks Huwbot but I can’t seem to find the disembodied fist on Bricklink. Been intending to get one of those to punch my Win! kid.
Woah! Pure visual overload!
Is desert hammer the name of the track (which is more of a pendulum imo) or one of the cars? ‘Cause these Racer sets are normally named after the car right?

The goal is to jump on the ramp without being hit by the hammer.
Not gonna lie, I love this set. Such a cool and unique concept, kid me would have played the hell with a set like this. I really wish LEGO still made crazy creative sets like this, instead of the generic "realistic" cars that Speed Champions offers nowdays.

Who else read that in Clarkson's voice?
Interesting one car is a pull back while the other relies on hitting a contraption, does anyone know which worked best? Probably worth buying at the time for the 510 pieces in your own builds, including 24 beams of length 13, although the curving cardboard looks a bit weak.
