True, it's technically Friends exclusive, currently as it has not been made a long time.
It originated in 1992 sets 6416 : Poolside Paradise and 6411 : Sand Dollar Café, just Brickset doesn't seem to list it for 6416 , and for 6411 it redirects to Rebrickable.
