How is he driving a tipper truck? that's just a small little loader.

I've always thought this head looks evil. It's those tinted glasses.

This guy's 'the fig', and 'the set' is a Bulldozer (albeit a "Technic" one)...it's a stretch, but if we tie 'the part'...JACKPOT!!!:D

That’s the most sinister construction worker I’ve ever seen; what, is he actually on server maintenance for the Matrix?

By in Australia,

His zipper isn’t orange. Maybe they are referring to his fly?

No, son, he's just a boring old construction worker.

Is this the guy who yells, “Hey!”? He kinda looks like that’s something he has some experience with.

Why he's mad?

By in Ireland,

Bit of a truncation at the end of the name - ‘Glasse’ instead of ‘Glasses’

Because people don’t pay attention when he yells, “Hey!” Also, because people do things that make him have to yell, “Hey!” And also also, because, judging by his outfit, there’s a better than fair chance he has to clean up the mess after they learn why they should have heeded him when he yelled, “Hey!”

Yet five years later the construction workers of Bricksburg had dispensed of PPE eyewear altogether.

Can't legally wear those as PPE indoors in the US. Outdoors is probably fine, but OSHA regs say that indoors, you can only wear safety glasses that are tinted yellow, to a pretty weak saturation. Unless you get a prescription, in which case you can wear rose-tinted glasses (but again, pretty weak saturation).
