Today's random minifigure is cty0647 Fire Boat Captain - White Shirt with Red Tie, Badge, Belt, Black Legs, White Police Hat, a Town figure that came in one set, 60109 Fire Boat, released during 2016.

Shoulder stripes certainly are nice , even tho this figure torso was in 5 sets, it's probably best fitting here, as a ship's captain.
Speaking of fire boats and unique torso , 60373 : Fire Rescue Boat has this awesome unique dolphin torso but it's all covered up by a life jacket.
If he's a fire boat captain, why is he wearing a police hat?

This figure is in the first set I bought at 50% off. I miss those days.
