Is the smallest possible minifigure? Or does the 1x1 round Plankton count?

Not positive on Plankton, but I'm fairly sure the games figs / statues are considered mini-figs.

By in New Zealand,

That's not a minifigure!

In the "what's your favourite minifigure of the year" poll at the end of last year, a baby was second, and the comment section was filled with the debate on Whether or not they are minifigs.

No, that piece isn't listed as a separate figure. That piece in an underwater "mech suit" is, though: https://brickset.com/minifigs/bob027

I read your comment before seeing who'd posted it, and thought "If @AustinPowers isn't the one who posted that, I'll eat my hat."

Happy Father’s Day! Born the same year as our first child! :) This baby and two of its friends are joyriding in a McLaren in our LEGO city. We were just playing with them yesterday.

I never realised or noticed there was a neckless and necked type until you said this!
