Wow, that was quick. Overall a nice figure, except the safety glass print. I don't like permanent accessories on face prints, like ear piece or glasses.

I mean with it being in those themes, it does make it a City/CMF/Duplo etc theme.

Okay, the origin of this may be the 1923 Our Gang (later Little Rascals) silent short called “The Champeen”, but I remember it from something with spoken dialogue. It’s a pronunciation that’s tied to old-timey boxing announcers, who would say something like, “The winnah, and still champeen!” Offhand, the old-timey-est boxing film I can recall watching is Diggstown, but I have no idea if that line is in that film. It appears there might be an episode of The Simpsons where that line might be used in reference to bully Nelson Muntz, I’m guessing in a daydream sequence.
