Today's random set is 4911 Truck, released during 2005. It's one of 37 Creator sets produced that year. It contains 37 pieces.
It's owned by 255 Brickset members. If you want to add it to your collection you should find it for sale at BrickLink, where new ones sell for around $10.10, or eBay.

Can't say I've seen this on before.
It just oozes 2005 Designer! That backgrond, the color scheme, curved brick, mudguard part. I love it!
The colors also remind me of 2004's 8435 4WD Truck.
