By in New Zealand,

Those legends sets look amazing. As does the Temple Bounty.

I'm quite excited for part two of Dragons Rising season three.

By in Australia,

That dragon looks awesome and in green! Nice one Lego.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

The dragon looks great. The Bounty looks like another solid ship too.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Star Wars sets incoming- including a Plo Koon microfighter!

The illustrated cover art looks absolutely sick- I've always loved the Ninjago concept art, and this is very similar.

By in United Kingdom,

All very good, apart from Rontu, god they massacred my girl. Double bike set for £9 is a STEAL and all the sets look really solid. Scared to find out the prices though. I love the mech jet and the bounty, and oh my god those legends sets are gonna be the stand outs. Both look sublime.

By in Australia,

Finally! Arin gets a mech!

And it's the same style as the mechs from the last couple of years!

I don't know why I'm shouting! I'm just really happy for him!

By in United Kingdom,

The fire knight mech reminds me of Evangelion Unit 02. The red colour scheme, the two-pronged spear, the cloak…

Gravatar
By in France,

The Guardian Dragon is just amazing (for sure my first Ninjago set)

The Fire Knight Mech & The Temple Bounty are great too

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I love that the Fire Knight Mech has structures built into its cape specifically to make it look like it’s billowing dramatically at all times. It’s so extra that it’s perfect

Gravatar
By in United States,

Wonder if the “Rogue Mech” works with the whole swapping system? Kind of surprised to see that revisited with Arin’s Mech after two waves of no sets that played into it. Wish they’d give Nya one already, even if it’s not ‘canon’ just like Lloyd’s was.

Agreed. Although, only the dragon is on my assured purchase list.

By in United States,

So the gimmicky fetch-weapon this season is a trans-red Buster Sword? That means 71846 includes Kai Strife....

I do like the rest of 71846 as well, tired though I am of Ninjago mechs. The animated shorts look interesting... seems like a similar concept to Star Wars Visions.

Gravatar
By in United States,

@Ridgeheart Gah, you beat me to it by 2 minutes... this is what I get for proofreading. :)

Looks like 71846 has the pearl dark grey blade... but still a gold hilt.

Gravatar
By in Poland,

isn't a Guardian Dragon like a the best Ninjago set EVER?

Gravatar
By in Finland,

The Temple Bounty is gorgeous. Day one buy for sure.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

I love the art for the Legends boxes! And I wonder what the exclusive poster is...

Gravatar
By in United States,

As a long-time Transformers fan, I like 71845.

Gravatar
By in Poland,

Ehhh I really dislike those unmovable legs on dragon

Gravatar
By in Australia,

I'm looking at the back box art for The Guardian Dragon and all I can think is how much it looks like Cate Blanchet as Helena in Ragnarök lol

Gravatar
By in Switzerland,

So, does 71846 include the small structure the mech is standing on both the illustration cover art and the back of the box? If so, really great display piece!
Edit: The images are on lego.com (at least for this set), can confirm that the stand with the monster is included.

Same goes for 71847, love the fact that the dragon has a stand, even if it ups the price.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

The guardian dragon is good and the ship, even though I have a previous Bounty, I'm getting this.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Okay, not normally a Ninjago buyer.... but that Guardian Dragon.... Daaaammnnn.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Those legends sets look amazing! Are they tied to any specific media? If not I want a Ninjago legends show because that would be so good to have a good Ninjago show again instead of whatever Dragons Rising is.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Tyr's dragon skull is gonna be super popular for Castle customs

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

Me while scrolling through these pics: "I don't care for any of these mechs... WOW, AN EPIC DRAGON!!!"

Gravatar
By in Puerto Rico,

That Guardian Dragon....

Gravatar
By in United States,

These 14+ sets have a style of box art that needs to replace the all-black 18+ style. Infinitely better here…giving a more display oriented vibe without the hopeless void on the 18+.

If you mean the one in 71843 , I doubt it will work with the swapping system. It is in the style of the smaller ‘evo’ mechs.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I've never been into Ninjago but I have picked up a few sets here and there. But that Guardian Dragon and the Temple Bounty both look stellar. I bought the Ninjago Movie Destiny's Bounty, but I ended up selling it to someone who appreciated it more.

I may have to consider that dragon, but I know the expense is more than my budget allows so I'll wait and see where the chips fall.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I know a dragon fan who's going to flip over 71847...

Gravatar
By in United States,

Is Kur the third Ninjago figure to include printed arms?

Gravatar
By in United States,

Interesting that the Knight Mech's images don't really show off the stand/secondary build.
Regardless, that and the Guardian Dragon look phenomenal. Also tempted by the Bounty, not that I really need another one of those.

Gravatar
By in United States,

LEGO - release a Balrog like that green dragon and I will update my direct deposit info.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Huh, Lloyd's jet mech transforms like the Transformers Titans Return Broadside - as far as jet mode, at least.

Fire Knight Mech looks stellar, and the Guardian Dragon is also quite cool. The Bounty is good per usual.

Yeah, it did look a bit small. And there’s nothing on the box art about it.

So Arin, Cole, Kai, Lloyd, and Sora all have sets in this mech style now, but not Jay, Nya, Wyldfyre, or Zane. Obviously Jay makes sense from a canon perspective, and Wyldfyre doesn’t/hasn’t had any vehicles up to this point. It does make me feel a bit for Nya and Zane.

By in Canada,

71847 The Guardian Dragon reminds me a lot of the dragon on Rick and Morty..... I'll leave it at that.

Gravatar
By in United States,

As a big Macross Valkyrie fan, I'm digging Lloyd's Jet Mech. Battroid, GERWALK, and jet modes!
The Guardian Dragon is pretty fantastic.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Nicol Bolas!

Gravatar
By in Switzerland,

The Jet Mech, the Fire Knight Mech and the Bounty look absolutely amazing! As does the Guardian Dragon - BUT: is this Guardian static? Does he sit on that rock and can’t be put on its feet? Because that would be sooo disappointing..

Gravatar
By in Poland,

People say that dragon is best ever, while I see a nice looking but static statue. :/

No doubt. I mean weren't there at least a half-dozen in the service of Morgoth?

As their lord, I would expect you'd know better. 71822 is the dragon for you.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Wow. Just WOW. So many beautiful sets I don't know where to start!

First things first, Ninjago: Legends is incredibly exciting, I'm beyond overjoyed LEGO is finally appealing to the grown ups in Ninjago's fan base.

Arin and Jay/Rogue's Mechs, a Frak minifig, and of course that gorgeous Temple Bounty are all standouts from the main wave, and definitely my first priorities. I might even double back and get Sora's Mech, to complete the set of customisable Mechs.

Everything else I'll pick up later, to get my hands on the rest of the Ninja and the Forbidden Five.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Those Legends sets are just epic. Great job Lego!!!
Unfortunately, I'm kind of out of funds right now...

Gravatar
By in United States,

Wow, that green dragon could make its way into the world of castle too.
