Random minifig of the day: tlm091

Posted by ,

Today's random minifigure is tlm091 Unikitty - Super Angry Kitty, a The LEGO Movie figure that came in one set, 70817 Batman & Super Angry Kitty Attack, released during 2015.

Our members collectively own a total of 8,540 of them. If you'd like to buy one you should find it for sale at BrickLink, where new ones sell for around $7.90.

By in United States,

I have this one. This was a fun little set that she was in.

Just rewatched The LEGO Movie this past week. Still a great film.

She's not cursed. She's just feeling the opposite of happiness.

It's been on the sidebar before. And if it ends up becoming the first RMotD threepeat, I will laugh my head off.

Another FIRESTARTER!

Hey hey hey!

Gravatar
By in United States,

Ah, Unikitty...just the other day I was remembering the line "The walls are crying!"...and laughed for quite a few minutes...:)

Me when its 2:00 PM on the weekend and I haven't eaten lunch yet. (It is my own fault, but Minecraft is too fun and I can't walk away.)

TLM080 Me when I finally made that soup that only takes like two minutes and have eaten.

Skiing without shirts has been occurring since before I was born. Yes, women put a top on before teaching the bottom of the lift. Granted, it definitely doesn't occur as often as it used to.

Remember, the ski resorts are merely leaseholders. The land is federal forrest land, it belongs to us, and we have Constitutional rights. There is pececedent which holds those rights to include the right to bare bottoms. That's also why you don't need a life ticket to skin uphill. ;)

There's also a couple more public hot springs in the San Luis Valley. Some are daylight clothing optional. Moreover, all the the undeveloped hot springs on federal land tend to go that way as well.

Not to be confused with your usual Angry Kitty TLM073 in 70814.

By in Netherlands,

I love how what is normally the face (the 1x3 brick) is now just all mouth. The rest of the face is squeezed to the 1x3 plate. Very expressive

I can relate to Unikitty here, with the way the world is these days...

You actually do need a life ticket to ski uphill, at least, I think so seeing as though I’ve never seen a dead person skiing.

By in United Kingdom,

Judging by her expression, I think she just saw the 'minifigure' preceeding her and wishes she hadn't. Or at least, it matches *my* reaction to seeing a naked person on the front page yesterday...!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

On a different note, I do like Unikitty's fiery designs; she's my favourite character from the movie anyway, and it's a very good colour scheme for her :D

Eh, the ones at Yellowstone don’t appreciate naked people taking a dip, and will straight up murder you if you try. Then again, they don’t like when fully-clothed people do it either, and will destroy them just the same.

As I said yesterday, if https://brickset.com/minifigs/x30/scala-doll-male-adult-(christian) (the figure used in, among other places, the infamous 3220) ever gets picked, I already know exactly what I'll post.

I think it has more to do with a certain scala figure scaring away today's RMotD.

I have this set! The black box thing falls apart if you look at it sideways. If I had the money I’d have bought so much of the LEGO movie sets they really looked awesome. As it is I got this, one with crocodiles and every Unikitty in the minifigure bag set.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

This RMotD was posted by Huwbot on 3 November. Today, it’s the 5th with no RMs since then. Are we missing a RMotD or two?

This one was definitely posted on the 4th. I thought there might have been some time zone shenanigans messing things around but you seem to be UK like me so I’m not sure why we’re apparently seeing different dates for this

I got all the retail sets except for 70810 and the polybags. The only promotional set I got was 5002045.

It was November 3rd, one month after the Mean Girls meme.

It is possible that Huwbot just isn't satisfied with the lack of "THIS IS NOT A MINIFIGURE AND BRICKSET HAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED MY CHILDHOOD!"-oriented comments.

Timestamp at the top says Nov 4th, at 2:01am (the “:01” is specifically to prevent time change shenanigans). That’s UK time. We’ve both gone through the autumn time change now, so in the US, it equates to anywhere between 9:01pm Eastern, and 4:01pm Hawaii/Aleutian. I get why it feels mixed up for a fellow American, but like Brickalili, I’m confused why a Brit would be in the same boat.

That is strange. 2am means we’re definitely seeing the timestamp in terms of UK time. Three hours earlier sounds like it might be Icelandic?

A whole five hours earlier, think that’s US eastern seaboard sort of time. But you’d think if that’s what their Brickset settings were for it wouldn’t be telling us they’re in the UK

Oh, right, yeah that’s Eastern time, so everything east of Chicago basically.
